We did have a few hiccups after purchase to run to two other stores which proved to be unnecessary. So that was a bit disappointing to have incorrect inventory information. When we went to pick up the bikes in Coon Rapids, the young man gave us the bare minimum pointers about bike usage, we have never owned prior. We ended up having to take a 3rd trip to the Vadnais Heights store and then recieved top notch 5 star help from the associate Mark O'Melia. He REALLY took the time to explain all functions of the bikes and helped us set up the Aventon App. He eas through, knowledgeable and friendly. This is when we really became comfortable and confident in our purchases. He is an EXCELLENT representative of your company and exceeds any service we have had in years. Our only issue was with the 2 additional trips that we feel no one really did much about and I feel as should have been compensated somehow. I didn't look past their fishing department but the store is huge and well stocked probably the most well stocked outdoor store in the Twin Cities. In fact you may be overwhelmed. I come to this location a lot for lots of odds and ends like a new bike computer, bike lights, water bottles, tubes, CO2 cartridges, etc. We also bought a Specialized commuter bike this year from this store as well. We bought the bike here largely because of the service we get on all the small things. I even had my snowboard tuned here, too. The customer service is generally very good. Someone usually greets me fairly quickly and asks if I need help and if I do, they seem to take it as a mission to complete and get all into it, even if it is something small like bottle cages or something.

I live a few hours outside of St. Cloud. I found this entire interaction to be pretty off-putting and don't appreciate the mixed information and "gate-keeping" of winter sports equipment.
