The Sam's Club is conveniently located in Fairlawn and right next to the Walmart in Fairlawn. It is a clean organized store with great local management and team members who are friendly and kind and helpful I always enjoy the great selection of products and the very reasonable prices as well as good service. Ive been a Costco member for years, the Sam's Club membership promo hooked me in and I decided to try it out. I AM HOOKED. I would take this place over the strongsville Costco over and over again. It is less crowded, people are friendlier, the workers don't look like they hate you and their own lives. The cafe is great, they have rotisserie chickens, alll the home goods, shoes, TP, and everything else we need. The scan and go, and exit is amazing. They don't harass you when you walk in like Costco does (I didn't know I had anxiety about this until I walked into this club and wasn't trying to fish for my membership card and make sure to scan it and make my face match up... and my kids and husband can walk in without being right next to me) read more

WOW we walked in on a Saturday night minutes too close. The wife grabbed Sushi and grabbed chips. Went to the cafe and the girls made 2 hot dogs with onions for me. Very impressed and pleased!! Great staff and service!! read more

Nice selection of merchandise and food items here. Needed a cake for a last minute get together and found one. It's easy to get carts through the aisles as they are wide. I've been shopping at this Sam's Club for about three years now. They don't offer gasoline like some of the other locations, so I don't shop here as often as I'd like to. Also, the Wal-Mart across the parking lot is not a Supercenter, so I don't shop there either. If Sam's offered gas and Walmart was a supercenter, I could get all of my weekly shopping completed in one parking lot. But since the city/townshop/village or whatever it is doesn't want these stores to expand (despite the 500 other stores next door), I'll continue shopping in Wadsworth. As far as the store goes, it's always clean, has a good selection of the clothes that I like to wear, the staff is helpful, and it has a good in stock condition. I'm able to get my items and check out quickly. I just wish they would cut some of their steaks a little thinner (maybe cut them at 1" thick instead of more than that). read more

Errrrrr, no. It's Sam's Club folks. Need I say more? This is the place you come for all your essentials and a few things you never knew you needed. Sure, back in the day The Walmart family of companies had smiling employees that were eager to help. In recent years, they look like someone stole their sandwich in the break room. So, customer service isn't their thing much anymore! But that rotisserie chicken? IT IS THE BOMB DIGGITY! This location has an absolutely horrible layout. I avoid coming here as much as possible simply because I can't find anything here. I come in for one thing and have to walk the store 2 times to find it all. Clever tactic Sammy....but I'm onto you. Next, there isn't a gas station at this location. I love being able to fill up while at Sam's for a good price. Last, the parking lot here is insane. It is like real life frogger. Move it or lose your life. Come if you must, but I definitely recommend the Howe Ave or Oakwood location if you can swing it. read more

Update: Respecting the "COVID19" issues, I went there for "curbside delivery" hoping to avoid contact with employees and other shoppers. It started off badly. I called the store the day prior and asked how things would work. I was told that they'd use "scan and go." Great -- I have that "app" on my phone! When I arrived I learned that that's not the way it works. I had to hand my membership card/credit card to the employee (strike 1). When they brought my order out I was told "we're not allowed to shop for ..." (strike 2.) Then a different employee asked for my card a-g-a-i-n so I could pay (strike 3.) So, suffice it to say -- no more business will be done here. (How is it that Wal-Mart (owned by the same company) has gotten contact-less delivery ABSOLUTELY RIGHT and Sam's just can't. So sad. I have been a paying member for many years. I was ordering curbside since COVID and spending plenty of money there. Now I see that they are charging $4.00 for using curbside pickup and I think this is ridiculous. Everyone in business wants us to use their serves during this semi recession but we can't catch a break. All they think about is take, take, take from the loyal customer so they can make their billions. Well, you will not get another dime from me. I will not pay that $4 for curbside and I will not be shopping there at all. read more

I may sound like a karen but The young black girl with the short orange hair is downright rude. She called the lady behind us in line fat for having multiple bags of chips and when my grandma tried to grab her receipt, she kept snatching it back. Everything was fine until I got to check out, I think the checkout employee thought I was being impatient Because a customer was having trouble checking out in front of me and she proceeded to be very rude, she was dancing around and made a comment about "some people are always in a hurry" I was joking with the gentleman, we joked about me being in the wrong line. She was extremely rude checking me out, she told me to "Have a peaceful life" sarcastically. I was upset because she was very judgemental and rude. I hope she gets a better attitude and treats other customers the way we should be treated. I almost went to Management but decided not to. We all have bad days. read more

Best Sam's Club in the area in my opinion. Everything is laid out easily to find. Staff is friendly even during the early morning hours. Only complaint is that they keep rotating things they carry so don't get too attached to a particular product. read more

I'm torn when it comes to this Sam's Club. On one hand, it's the one I predominately go to (the other is in the Falls) so I prefer the layout here better, but I think the people at the Sam's Club in the Falls are just nicer. Overall very clean store, lots of samples on Saturdays, and never seems to be insanely busy. Customer service can take FOREVER some days though. When I first got my membership, I stood in line for nearly 30 minutes when there were only a handful of people in front of me. I love their Artisan Fresh and Daily Chef lines. I feel like I'm getting a solid quality item without having to pay for the name brand price. I wish they had a bit more in the organic range, but I'll grab those items from Krieger's or Earth Fare if I really feel it's important. As a chain overall, I dig Sam's. However, if there were a Costco closer, I'd probably have a membership there instead. It is much brighter and cleaner than BJ's though (the only other 'bulk' store in the region), and the gas prices in the Falls are usually fairly stable regardless of what all the other gas stations are doing. read more

Sams Tire Dept zero customer service and zero care. In trying to call to get in to get tire fixed hung up on. Could not get thru at 130pm. Wife drove to store made 5 Apt. I did not make it because tire flat. Had to change tire because repair service took hour to get there. Arrived 530 and even though no cars in service bay 3 o'clock apt next day. They were bothered that I was there. Fair warning they have no desire to work. read more

Haven't been in the store in a while but it was really nice and they had different sample stations you could get full just look going grocery shopping the prices are pretty good for what you're looking for I went there for protein shakes and they had a lot of different options as well as flavors in the prices for the quantity that you got we're rather decent. read more
