My mom was interested in a pair of shoes and asked the associate, a shorter woman with straight dark hair, if she could try them on. The associate acted very cold and seemed uninterested in helping my mother, even going so far as to walk away without a word while my mom tried on the shoes. When my mother asked if she could size down, the worker made no effort to hide her annoyance. My mother is not a native speaker, and at some points the associate seemed to judge her for it (as well as her appearance). Eventually I sought out the same man who had directed us to her. Though he was very helpful and supportive, still, we felt very uncomfortable from the experience and could not bear to purchase anything, let alone remain in the store for a minute longer. I'm including an extra star for the other employees who were kind enough to assist us, but some people really need to understand that this type of service repels customers.

Anyway, Carlye was very helpful throughout the entire process & experience. The entire process took over an hour or so. They definitely have lots of patience and knowledge for different seasons and fabrics/colors used. Would definitely recommend coming here for your tailored suits. Whether it be your 1st time or not. Once they have your preference on the fabrics and lengths and engravings, yes, engravings monograms whatever you call it inside your suit. It takes roughly about 3 weeks for your outfit to be ready. Go in for a fit. Any altering is done in store. Which takes 2-3 days. And you're ready to go. 1st time here, 1st time getting a tailored made suit. But won't be the last time here. Heck, I would even come in here for myself for any suits if I was an EA or an ESQ. I'd be here in a heartbeat. However, you don't have to be any of those to come get a perfectly made suit!!!
