I can't find any policy online or on the receipt backing up this so called policy. Shoes are always 50% off and typically they are running some other special. Sign up for their rewards card and you'll get emails about the deals going on. This weekend, they had buy one pair of ladies shoes for 50% off and any pair after was 75% off!!! They also had a deal that if you had a receipt from making a donation to Salvation Army, they gave you another 10% off! And one final tip, if you sign up for the Tangler Outlet "rewards card" (which costs you $10 but then every year they send you a $10 coupon so it pays for itself), and if you spend $50, you get another 10% off. Even though clearly printed on their receipt that they "guarantee 100% satisfaction on ANY item purchased" that is NOT the case. Please do not be deceived by this. They only give 100% if you've NEVER walked in the shoes. You can take them home and walk on a treadmill (if you own one). Also, I was only asking for 50% back (not even a full refund) to apply towards a different shoe and they weren't even willing to do that. The shoe I purchased was $95.00. Buyer beware. Please make sure it's the shoe you want before you leave the store or you will be out that money.
