Being specific, I went there for a pair of shoes my husband tried on two days ago, when I went there to buy them for father's day gift, the guy went back there to look for them and came out without saying anything, I approached him five minutes later and he said, "oh yeah I am sorry but we don't have them, then another lady came and said, "we never received the size you are looking for", when my husband actually tried the size in question. In other words is like they have an empty space where they brain is supposed to go. Maybe if you are a good for nothing get a job at finish line. Hardly any. I remember back in the day when the sales associates used to get your shoes from the back, take out the tissue unlace them and assist/help you with your purchase. They'd ask how do they feel? Check the toe. Now like many places its enough for them to hand you the box and move on until you decide. I did ask for about 4 different selections which they only had 2 in my size but not once did they ask if I had any questions or how did they feel? It puzzles me how the same shoe but, a different color can have a price difference of $75! The associate stated that was "a corporate thing" The plus side to this store is for every $200 you spend you receive $20 in rewards on your next purchase. The other thing that made my visit a little better was if you donate $5 to a organization they sponsor the staff does 5 push-ups. This only supports the evidence that customer service in this country has disappeared. Skechers makes a garbage product, and Famous Footwear knows nothing about customer service.
