Great job with fantastic communication! The house looks great with the gutters, downspouts and siding looking bright and clean.

I called to have them come over and give me an estimate to repair my roof and gutter. It took them…read morea while to get to me before they came over. I signed a contract with them to get it completed by a certain date. They never kept in contact as to what day they were actually going to come over and do the roof. They showed up and did the roof part of it, but not the gutter part. I didn't hear from him for over a week a week and already past the contract deadline completion date. I also asked him for a quote to do the entire fascia around the house. I never got one. By this time i just wanted him to complete the project. He finally got ahold of me and explained that he had family issues and that's why it wasn't complete. As a costumer, I don't want to hear about your family issues. You're the owner of the company and have a project manager that works for you. If you don't trust the project manager, why have one. Have him earn his money and reach out to costumers if you can't. I was told serval times that they would be out today to finish the job. They never showed until 2 weeks after the deadline. He stated that we just got the materials to finish the job. Again, not my problem. Communication and customer service should be the first thing that needs to be done if you want the customer to recommend your company to other people looking for any roof repairs. Sorry that I have to write a review about this. The owner is a nice guy, but young. Get your project manager more involved in the company and have him reach out to costumers if things are going to be late or problems arise. If you're looking for a company to not call, communicate, or go over the contract deadline. Then use them. I'll go someplace else.

After looking him up on CCAP he has been in a lot of financial troubles with this business. He deserves no stars!!

In July 2025, I engaged Mr. Austin Huddleston, owner of No Drip Painting & Remodeling, for exterior…read morerepair work on my home, specifically the reattachment of several stone blocks on the front façade. Following an inspection on August 1, 2025, Mr. Huddleston provided a written estimate of $1,600, assuring that the work would be completed in one day within two to three weeks. I signed the contract on August 10, 2025, and remitted a 50% deposit ($800) on August 29, 2025. Thereafter, Mr. Huddleston repeatedly failed to communicate or adhere to agreed timelines. He missed multiple scheduled dates (July 25, September 12, October 10, and October 24) without notice or timely explanation, often citing personal or weather-related reasons. Despite numerous follow-ups, the project--which he originally described as a one-day task--extended over nearly four months, with work occurring only on October 10, October 26, and November 7, 2025. On the final day of work (November 7, 2025), Mr. Huddleston issued a revised quote of $1,970--contradicting his earlier verbal assurance that additional costs would not exceed $200-$300. When I provided a check for the remaining balance, he asserted that the $1,970 was an additional charge, increasing the total project cost to $2,770, representing a 73% increase over the original agreement. He refused to discuss or substantiate this price escalation, citing an hourly rate of $80-$100 despite working approximately 12 total hours on site. This experience reflects significant unprofessional conduct, including poor communication, repeated delays, and lack of pricing transparency.
