The name is mysterious. The ingredients? Bold. Confident. Slightly chaotic. We're talking: * Sauerkraut. You know how I feel about kraut. It's basically cabbage with a PhD. * Pineapple. I know. I KNOW. The internet has fought wars over this. If you hate pineapple on pizza, you probably also yell at clouds and return shopping carts angrily. * Mushrooms. The fungus of the gods. * Onions. Yes please. * Banana Peppers. Straight from heaven's produce aisle. * Roasted Red Peppers. * All on a crispy cauliflower crust that snaps like it's applauding itself.
