I'd also like to say, I love that a place that only sells hats exists and stays open. There aren't as many specialty stores that are so specific and stay open so I can only imagine they get people who swear by their hats and come in all the time. These shoes and inserts are designed for runners and walkers. They have a machine that is able to measure your foot size in width and length and height of arch as well as pressure points. I am not able to bend over enough to tie shoes so the Sketcher type of slip on shoe is what I was interested in. However they have a slim selection of this type of shoe. Our salesman was very patient and helpful and came up with a solution.

They claimed for it to have "no legible serial number" despite it having a four digit serial number on the frame. I mentioned that the ATF doesn't necessarily require serials from guns made before 1968. However they claimed a corporate policy is what prevented the sale to go through. Now I have to spend an additional 200$ for shipping and transfer fees to get it back. I won't be transferring a gun here again, I'll rather do it at Midwest on grape road where I know I won't have problems. I will come back to the store to use their range until Midwest range opens theirs up. Then I'll leave and not come back here except if there are great sales going on. Disappointing.

My husband had shot guns and was fairly comfortable with them, but I went into the class very nervous. Our instructor was Rayth and he did such a great job at explaining things in a thorough way without making me feel dumb for my lack of knowledge. He was patient, professional, and I left feeling so confident. So today over a month and a half later since purchase I call to see if they are gonna do anything and they put it on owner once again(unavailable ,shocker) when I tell employee that I've never had a business give me such a run around In my life . He tells me it's not his problem and precedes to become a little cocky. I tell him that they have 24 hrs to get in touch with me or I'll call a lawyer . He tells me I cannot say that and that I'm out of line . Really ? Over 2 mo. Of my communicating with no reply and I'm in wrong. Needless to say I'm still out 60+ dollars for what could be a bootlegged sweater with crumbling letters. Do not shop here with confidence .
