I stopped by yesterday and was happy with the work. Except when I was made to feel overlooked, unimportant, and distrusting of how business is ran. If appointments are offered, advise the customer online of the time blocks, have all customers check in, and not just the walk-ins and let another person come in, with familiarity with the stylist, have a laugh, and then proceed to walk him to the chair, without acknowledging the people sitting down who have been waiting for some time as the only other stylist has spent a considerate amount of time making a sign that could have been done later. I hope that careful consideration is made by the owner to reach out. implementations that are easy to use, dont cost much, and will provide you with a loyal customer following are a phone call away.

I walked in and got offered help right away but asked to wait for Behr since he was mid cut. A barber seemed bothered I offered to wait for Bear, then dipped his fingers in the corner of a bag for crumbs and licks them lol no thanks bro. Very attentive workers, that's a plus. He did say "no" jokingly when I asked for a Restroom after, they do have one though Non-Gendered. My cut, I waited about 10 minutes since I didn't schedule an appointment. I don't know the kind of cut I get or sizes but Behr got it right the first time and it's very sharp. I added the fourth star because he's swift and focused, he got my new cut down the first time.
