They have a lot of products made locally. They have a lot of beautiful clothing and grooming items. It's not like other furniture stores where the sales staff are falling over each other to get the next customer. Their furniture was so beautiful, that I wound up not only buying the dining set but a sofa, love seat, end tables, coffee table, area rug, sofa table, entertainment center and a dresser. I couldn't help myself.... Everything was so beautiful I had to have it. The mid century modern furniture I purchased looks fabulous in my cottage and I am proud to have friends, family and neighbors over. The compliments I get about the furniture are awesome. I had a minor issue with two dining room chairs (missing the stabilizers) and when I called for service, Giovanna S. from the customer experience team couldn't have been more apologetic, and accommodating. She set-up the service call with their service technician Felix (he is Kind, caring, professional and knowledgeable). The appointment for service only took a few days and everything was rectified seamlessly and swiftly. My overall experience with Home Zone was terrific and I recommend that everyone check out their furniture before going elsewhere!
