I can only conclude that he doesn't care about the quality his business provides. When I reservedly told him dusting and vacuuming were not done well, his response was 'the ladies reported that you stepped on mopped floor'.... What does that have to do with their poor performance? And the 'mopped floor' they were referring to was our foyer area that they mopped as they were leaving so of course I have to step on it to close the door after them. I tried to be considerate with small and big issues; even when he put me in a bad situation two months ago by failing to keep the schedule and not showing up. It's upsetting to end with such disappointment. If anyone close to me asks, I don't recommend this company. Their fee is not worth their performance nor customer service by the owner.

They immediately said it wasn't enough time or people and they might not finish, I felt like they were trying to charge as much as they could....so I asked them to clean whatever they could in that time frame. I ended up cleaning the floors and vacuuming myself. Before they left I asked them to at least clean the wood floor in the entrance and they did.... but they stripped the color away!! Our floor guy said they used bleach or some kind of chemical to have done that. I was very polite and understanding and even told her that these accidents happen but she said she would not apologize because it was my fault for not telling her how to clean my wood floors!!! I checked the kitchen since it was the only thing they finished and the top of my fridge was dirty, oven was dirty and cabinets were half way done. I called her to let her know I was unhappy with my experience hoping they would do better next time but all she said was: "I will not apologize and you are wrong for not telling me how to do things around your house" This was the manager!!! I thought they were professionals and knew how to clean wood floors, if not, they could have asked. The ladies were very nice but the service was the worst I've ever had. I do not recommend this company.
