We called in and were told that no appointment is necessary and that the price of a detail job is $165. So Saturday early morning we made our way to this location, which happens to be very hidden among the broken down garages and cars in this area, We got lost and had to call Jorge for help in finding their shop... It was no wonder that we so much trouble finding his shop as it has absolutely NO signs, no building number...literally nothing to indicate that this was in fact the location we were searching for. ( but he was friendly enough) Okay so we are flagged down on the street by Jorge and drive into his small garage. Forget about looking clean and organized... driving in this area is enough alone to damage your car and tires as there are sharp scarps all over the ground, massive potholes and trucks trying to fit though very tight spaces. But his shop looked like a dusty hole to put it nicely... well we thought since he was recommend and has a decent price, why not give it a try? Well he told us to take as much time as we need before we came back to pick it up, so we left the car and by some miracle made it to the 7 train (walking in that dangerous dump) since they have no waiting area, or anything to accommodate the customer. 7:45pm - we come back to get the car which is already parked in the front of the garage. The car looks really sparkly and clean on the outside, as we talk around.... a few tiny issues here and there, like the grill still has some rust on it and some small scratches that should have been removed were still there but okay... As soon as we opened the doors..... OH MAN OH MAN. The carpets were completely dirty, we are talking black marks, scuffs.. basically looked untouched. The leather seats just as they where before... (the interior is all beige) so all the black marks are very evident! Long story short - the interior was not cleaned as a matter of fact there were some new marks from whoever was inside on the doors, seats etc. We pointed this out to Jose who we had already paid and who was waiting strangely anxiously to leave. With his personal car parked out front and the engine running. He acted like he had NO idea why the interior was still dirty... no apology. He started denying responsibility saying it was the "interior guys fault" .. which btw we didn't see anyone other then him and some lady there when we first came in and when we came to pick up.... So Jorge went from being this nice guy to a complete jerk (to say the least) his entire demeanor changed ... he started saying that he had to go, and that we came too late to pick up the car, Then he added that we can come to get it fixed except he isn't available Sundays, and Saturdays might not be good... during the week is the best. (i'm sorry but i'm not taking time off from work because he couldn't do his job right the first time) He also refused to make a discount even though the job was literally half done. Then Jorge started saying that because of us hes missing out on some sports game for which he bet $200...WTF do we care??!? thats your personal life. So he hops in his car and drives off, leaving a non-English speaking lady to close shop, even she felt bad... trying to come over with a dirty rag to rub out a stain on the door interior. I have never had such an unpleasant and rude experience. Do you really think we will be going back?!? absolutely not! I don't know how this business has been lasting treating customers like this Needless to say we drove away very disappointed. This guy tried to pull the excuses in the book to justify his terrible job, anything from its an old car (not at all) to these kind of stains never come out anyway, to this is normal results and then bounced! I'm horrified with this experience .... I wish someone had written a review for this place before myself, but unfortunately there was nothing available about this company. Please do yourself a favor and go to a place that you are familiar with, that has good reviews... even if it is more pricey. Oh and as a side note, we actually tipped the guy.... who just grabbed the money stuck it in this pocket and drove off as soon as he could.

Jeff wanted a discount all while Screaming to everyone his daughter has a serious illness. (What kind of person uses his child's illness for financial gain?) Was Jeff using his daughters condition to get a discount, I'm not sure but why bring up personal information when when conducting business or trying to gain a discount? When Jeff was caught trying to remove his car from our lot without paying, Jeff was caught sneaking in a tow truck he hired, we all treated Jeff respectfully, this you can ask his tow trunk driver. Jeff was the only one raising his voice, possible thinking "the one who talks loudest must be correct" (Drama Queen) which was not the case. Explaining something to an individual who is not getting their way is definitely a challenge but in business we occasionally get a person like Jeff who feels he is an entitled one. Violence was never an issue by our staff yet Jeff did continuously scream and wave his arms in the air reminding everyone there about his daughter illness, I'm not sure what that has to do with his automobile but Jeff thinks it did.
