Full story: I placed an order 5 months before a photoshoot where I wanted to hold a bouquet of flowers. I sent them a verbal description and a photo of what I wanted and they assured me they could do it. They quoted me for the bouquet consisting of pink garden roses, calla lilies, and lily of the valley and I paid in full as requested. The day before pickup (that we had agreed on 5 months ago), I sent an email to confirm. They replied with "Please call me to see what you are referring to." After calling, they could not find the order and after being put on hold, they eventually found it. Clearly they had completely forgot about the order. The order which they themselves said "I'll check availability (especially for lily of the valley, as it's seasonal) and provide you with an exact quote and timeline". Upon arriving for pick up, they had replaced the lily of the valley, one of the most expensive bouquet flowers, for baby's breath, one of the cheapest. Not only that, the garden roses were standard grocery store roses. The roses were also dry like paper, which isn't surprising since they had thrown it together in less than a day even though they had 5 months notice. When I asked for a 40% partial refund, I was negotiated down and patronized about how the price for the bouquet was way too low for what I had asked for because lily of the valley needs to be special ordered from France weeks in advance, etc etc. 1, it's not my fault that they under quoted, 2, I know that the flower needs to be special ordered; that's why they were given 5 months notice and I asked if the flowers would be available for that time. They also argued with me that the roses they had used were actually garden roses. The photo speaks for itself --standard roses were opened up, fluffed, and squished in the center to mimic the round shape of a garden rose, and others were unmistakably standard roses (like the one I circled in my photo). One of their employees was agreeing with me and saying that the flowers used did not match the photo and description I sent. She was shortly dismissed from the counter. They kept saying "we want you to be happy" - yet never acknowledged or apologized for forgetting the order or gave me as much of a partial refund as I was asking for. They asked me if the inspo photo I provided was photoshopped. The flowers exist in real life and they simply did not use them. They said they could create it at the time, so why would they ask that other than to make excuses? They simply forgot about the order and didn't order the right flowers and tried to pass off a cheap bouquet of old dry standard roses and baby's breath as what I asked for. I could have made what they made from a grocery store and the flowers wouldn't have been paper dry. Their tone when I was talking to them was like I was bothering them and being ridiculous for asking for money back, saying that the cheap bouquet was worth more. They said "I used extra calla lilies and I put it all together." First, there were not extra calla lilies and even if there were, it would not make up for everything else. Second, you put it together?? Are you not a florist? A florist is supposed to 1, source flowers, 2, put the flowers together. Failed on one. Bragged about the other. Sorry for not being impressed. Upon me insisting on the partial refund and arguing back with them, they offered to remake it and for them to deliver it the next day. Which would be day of the photoshoot which I had to leave in the morning for, which is why I scheduled pick up the day before. In the end, the delivery did not work for the timeline and I never got the flowers.

The lady working there asked my budget ($40) and made a large custom bouquet on the spot with beautiful wrapping paper and bow in about 5-7 minutes. I could tell she went above and beyond to add extra florals beyond retail value so I ended up asking if I could pay a little extra. She hesitantly accepted an extra $5. Interactions like these remind me why it's important to shop locally and support our small businesses. There are a million online floral vendors, but seeing all the love she put into this gift for my friend who is going through a tough time made my day. My friend loved the florals as well. I'll definitely continue going here for flowers.

I have chronic medical conditions and did not want to forget. I included a box of chocolates with my order. This was to be a pricy surprise, as I ordered a premium bouquet at the largest size. To my shock and dismay, the order was delivered that same afternoon, without the chocolates. The whole reason I picked that arrangement was because of the cute pink flowers, which were missing from the arrangement entirely. Everything that could have gone wrong, did. I immediately wrote to the florist with no response. I called the next day and they shrugged it off, saying they'll just redeliver on 5/10. The surprise has been ruined and I don't want flowers again in a month. I demanded a full refund. We'll see how soon I get it.

Here's an updated Yelp review: I stopped in a little after 3:00 PM looking for flowers to brighten my grandmother's spirits while she's in the hospital. She isn't doing well, and flowers have always brought her so much joy. She loves taking bouquets apart and arranging the flowers throughout her home, so I wanted to find something truly special for her. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and made to feel welcome. After I shared why I was there, the staff took the time to customize a beautiful arrangement just for her. They created an elegant bouquet featuring white and blush roses, peach and white carnations, a striking white spider chrysanthemum, delicate blue delphiniums, silver dollar eucalyptus, and fresh greenery, all beautifully wrapped with a lovely ribbon. It was even more beautiful than I had imagined, and seeing my grandmother smile made it absolutely priceless. I was also pleasantly surprised to see they carry fiddle leaf fig trees, money trees, and lucky bamboo plants--all of my favorites! It's wonderful to know they offer such a great selection beyond fresh flowers. The staff and owner are always so kind, compassionate, and genuinely pleasant to do business with. They listened, cared, and created something truly meaningful during a difficult time for my family. Their attention to detail and exceptional customer service are why I'll continue coming back. Thank you for helping me bring a little comfort and beauty to someone I love. I highly recommend this florist.

Exactly a year ago today, my husband ordered a nice arrangement of Gerbera Daisy's for my birthday,…read morefrom Rose Cart Florist. The nicest part of this arrangement was the "Fishbowl" it was arranged in... It was clear at first look, these flowers were NOT FRESH..., drooping and sad looking. I didn't have it in my heart, to say anything to my husband, but after 3 days, and they were all but a few wilted, even my husband noticed. After buying flowers there for 25 years, my husband decided to bring the arrangement back, including the fishbowl (I should have kept the bowl), and he was promised it would be replaced. Several phone calls later, and endless excuses + 2 visits to the store, my husband gave up... I finally went there myself, and the nice young lady that worked there remembered the order. The owner were not there, but she called him, I asked to speak to him, and he claimed my flowers had already been replaced !!!!!! That was a big fat lye !!!!!! So he basically stole $75 from my husband , and needles to say, NEVER AGAIN...!!! Luckily... often Great new things are revealed during misfortune and betrayal, and my husband found the most incredible lady, and owner of FLORIFLORA FLORIST. She creates arrangements from love, integrity and compassion. For Valentines I received the freshest most beautiful Gerbera Daisy's ... no plastic tubes, instead the most incredible greens with tiny purple/pink flowers for support. The arrangement lasted past 2 weeks, and even without support, these Gerbera's stod tall. Today on my birthday, I received the most gorgeous Tropical arrangement from my husband & Floriflora Florist !!!!! I was in tears, it was that beautiful. So in the end... Thank you "Rose Cart Florist".... we found someone who truly cares for her business, customers and pride in her products
