Some friends sent me a get well floral arrangement. The design is nice but I feel that the shop did not use the flowers that were fresh -- the petals on the roses were already wrinkled and turning brown, like crepe paper. After 24 hours, the bouquet looked sad, like it was a week old. I called the shop to let them know about the issues and to my surprise, they offered to come by and take a look and replace it if necessary. They did so the next day so I appreciate that they took immediate steps to make things right. The picture shows the new arrangement. read more

What a responsive and amazing florist Fleur De Lis is! Ordered two different arrangements for my wife for Valentine's Day because I wasn't going to be in town. I wanted a bouquet to be delivered on 2/13 and another on 2/14 (we typically celebrate Galentine's Day because I think V-day is an overrated and overcharged day, and we should be giving flowers on regular days and not just hallmark holidays). Ordering through the website was easy enough, but the order looked a bit confused because it didn't clearly state that the two bouquets would be delivered on two different days. I called in and spoke directly to the owner who said that the best way to do this was to submit two separate orders, but because I called in, he would correct the orders himself. The updated orders were emailed to me and when the delivery was complete, I got an email notification as well. It turns out that my order was duplicated on the florists' end because she ended up getting two bouquets on v-day anyway, but of course my wife loved it. The arrangements were exquisite, the service was excellent, and the communication was amazing. Support local businesses! Dane M 5/02/24 I ordered flowers from my home state of Florida to be delivered to my cousin in Calif. The flowers were delivered on time but there was no acknowledgement from my cousin so I called shop owner Steven to verify to me what happened. Owner Steven followed-up with me stating that my cousin was actually on vacation and would not return home for another week and so the flowers left at the doorstep apparently were abducted by a needy soul. My mother recently passed away and as we were planning her memorial service, we were recommended to order our flowers from Fleur de Lis. My sister and I visited the store roughly 1.5 weeks before the service. We met May, the owner of the shop, and she walked us through the steps on how to order funeral flowers. We decided to order 10 flower sprays, an urn flower arrangement, and a picture frame arrangement. As my sister and I do not really know much about flowers, we left the flower choices to May. We did choose what colors we would like the sprays to be, and May did amazing with how every arrangement came out. She was very accomodating to our friends and family that also wanted to order flowers for the same event. Even with so many orders, she was able to deliver all of them on time. On the day before the service, half of the ordered flowers arrived at our service venue. On the day of the service, the other half arrived. All of the flowers arrived before the service started. The employees of Fleur de Lis were very professional and moved the arrangements with carefulness and ease. May really exceeded our expectations and we were incredibly impressed with every arrangement. We also asked to have ribbons hanging from each spray (as is done in traditional asian funerals). May handwrote all the ribbons and attached them the day of the service (which was great because some of the messages were not finalized til the day before!). We noticed a minor error on one of the ribbons, and May was quick to return to the venue and correct the error. Overall, we are incredibly thankful to May and the employees of Fleur de Lis.
