Stopped in on a rainy Friday evening on opening week. The shops is so pretty, bright and with great open space. They have it decorated for Halloween which is a nice touch. We were greeted upon arrival and not rushed to place our order (which I really appreciate). We ordered the Lychee peach Jasmine tea w/jelly and the Ancient Brown sugar milk tea with tapioca. Regular ice and sugar. Both drinks came out promptly. The young lady was very nice and so was the young man at the register. It's nice to see the drinks come out with plenty of toppings and not have to pay extra for them. We really enjoyed the flavor, ice level and tastiness of the drinks. I loved my fruit tea and will certainly return to try some of their other drinks. read more

This is a great boba tea shop with yummy mochi donuts, desserts, popcorn chicken snacks and unique boba flavors. They have a kiosk to place orders yourself or you can order at the counter. Great place to hang out, lots of space. The furniture is a light bubblegum pink and vanilla cream. The atmosphere is cheerful with colorful unicorns and dream like wall murals. The interior is super cute! Definitely opportunity to take pictures. Handcrafted Garden Milk Rea with Oreo Cheese Foam: ordered a large at half sweetness and it was the perfect amount! It is basically their black milk tea. The cheese foam adds a level of uniqueness. Oreo Smoothie with Oreo Cheese Foam: great for the kids to share. I also got it at half sweetness and they both enjoyed it. Popcorn chicken: you can get either salt and pepper or spicy. I ordered a medium and it was the perfect amount for me and my two kiddos to share as a snack. Nice and fresh, crispy but still good amount of meat! You can order at the counter or use the kiosk. Staff were really friendly (she even helped me take my food to the table since I had my kiddos). It did take a bit for the order, but I'm guessing it's because we had the popcorn chicken. I've been three times now in a week and a half. I've tried 3 different bubble teas - all delicious. Every time it has all been wonderful. The teas are creamy, scrumptious, delightful and down right heavenly. There are so many choices it is hard to decide. I don't think you could go wrong. There are also 5 food items to choose from. I've only tried the savory options. The chicken is out of this world and full of umami. The fries are coated with seasoning and are a perfect crunchy treat. Lastly the kimchi tofu were crispy and had a nice spice. The medium chicken and fries medium portion is plenty for 2-3 people. I really have a hard time not coming every day. The drink was just as disappointing as when I last came and I could tell the boba had definitely been sitting around for a while. The milk tea portion was flavorless and actually not sweet at all (I usually get 50%) for being a brown sugar milk tea. I probably won't give it a 3rd try. read more

Was here yesterday, and came back with my brother today because I wanted him to try it out too! Today we got the Oreo Smoothie with Oreo Cheese Foam (50% sweet) and a Handcraft Garden Milk Tea with Oreo Cheese Foam (light ice, 50% sweet, added tapioca). The Oreo Smoothie was very creamy and milky, with lots of Oreo bits in it, he really enjoyed the drink! The Milk Tea had a lot of Oreo bits on top of the cheese foam, and the tapioca was soft and chewy. Also had to order the salt and pepper popcorn chicken which did not miss! We got a large since we were hungry and I can say it's definitely more than enough to get you filled! Overall the drinks and food came out quickly and the staff was very friendly. If you see a line at this store and don't plan on ordering many items, please don't waste your time and leave immediately. When there are many customers, they choose to serve those with larger orders first. Yesterday I ordered a milk tea to go using their self-service ordering machine and added a 15% tip. Many customers who arrived after me and ordered more items had already received their orders, but mine was still not ready. I clearly remember a white couple who came into the store after me and ordered drinks and chicken nuggets to eat in; they finished their meal, but my milk tea still wasn't ready. I waited in the store for nearly 30 minutes, and they just finished making my milk tea when the store was almost empty. Both my dad and I were mad and we don't want it anymore. We requested to speak with the manager and asked for a refund. The funny thing is they said there was no manager on duty at the store and they don't know how to issue a refund. They need to call the manager to get a refund. I waited there for about another 5 minutes. They kept emphasizing that they were in contact with the manager, but I still hadn't received the refund. At that moment, I lost all patience and decided to call the police. Then a female store employee sarcastically said "Wow, she is going to call the police". Actually, while I was waiting for my food, I overheard them complaining and making sarcastic remarks about other customers. When I took out my phone to dial 911, a store employee told me that the refund had been processed successfully. After confirming, I left. This store serves customers based on the amount of their order, not the order in which they arrived. Never come again! read more

There are so many bubble tea shops in this area, but Uni Uni is a real standout! An authentic gem! I tried one of their winter menu specials, the osmanthus taro bubble tea, and also had a medium sized spicy popcorn chicken -- portion was huge! The tea tasted really authentic and delicious, and it wasn't overly sweet. I actually forgot to adjust the sugar level (I usually get 50% sugar at other stores because it's always too sweet for me) but even at just the regular level of sweetness, it was perfect for me. I could actually taste the complexity of the tea, and it wasn't just flavored sugary milk. The chicken was also the best I've had in recent memory -- not too too spicy and perfectly crispy. Decor is also on point, and there's plenty of seating. I will definitely be returning to check out more of the menu even if I have to drive a little further out. read more
