My daughter is a huge bubble tea fan, and she was absolutely thrilled with the claw machines--they were actually winnable, and she walked away with FOUR prizes! For drinks, she ordered the Lychee Peach Oolong Tea with passion fruit jelly, and we loved that it included real lychee fruit in the tea. I had the Passion Fruit Jasmine Green Tea with aloe vera at half sugar, and it was incredibly refreshing with the perfect balance of sweetness. We also shared an order of dumplings for a quick snack, which hit the spot while we enjoyed our drinks. One thing I really appreciated was the atmosphere. It's clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to get some work done while enjoying a drink. I recently stopped by Uni Uni Bubble Tea, and I was immediately drawn into their vibrant, magical world! Not great. I brought my 5 & 3 year old who were SO excited to come here, we live about 35 minutes away. Upon entering, the super cute atmosphere that we saw online was nowhere to be found. They must be remodeling and it was a bit of a mess. But that was fine.. they were most excited for the claw machines. After we ordered from the kiosk, I went to the counter to purchase the tokens while we waited. 50 tokens for $20, this was the biggest package & since they are little it was the best bet (the machines take 2-3 tokens each). I had read on a review that the machines were pretty easy to get something out of so I figured it should be no problem.... definitely not the case. After the first couple of tries, I stepped in since I feared they were not going to get anything. The stuffies were so packed in there it's almost impossible. So now I have 2 upset kids, fine whatever. Their macaroons were up so we sat down so they could eat those, they were not fans. I tried them and they were really hard, far from a good macaroon. Then we were left waiting for another 10-15 minutes after that for their pancake eggs which they were so excited for. The photos show cute little eggs with faces on them. Totally not what we received. They tasted good but they were so excited to get those pancake eggs with the faces they saw in the pictures, this was a big deal for them. I like that they have two self order kiosks and you can choose level of sweetness, ice, alternative milk and more. Really glad I stopped in here. They have SO many drink options. I got the grapefruit Jasmine tea and it's one of the best things I've ever tried! I got mine half sweet with regular ice. I also got the tornado potato which was good, but I got it spicy and it 1) wasn't that spicy at all and 2) wasn't salted at all. Salt and pepper was the other topping option. Maybe that's better but it seems crazy that the spicy option doesn't have some salt in it as well. It was fried well and was a fun presentation but not impressive to eat. They have some bakery items, claw machines, different seating options, but relatively vacant looking. I ordered some food, the orange jasmine tea with crystal boba, and Oreo smoothie. The food was fresh and so good, and the jasmine drink was good too, but the Oreo smoothie tasted watered down. And maybe it's because we never heard our order being called out (we weren't talking loud either and the inside was relatively quiet). I was craving Taiwanese popcorn chicken and decided to get on ATL Asian Eats, which is a Facebook group for Asian foods in Metro Atlanta, and someone had posted about Uni Uni Bubble Tea, stating that their drinks and food were really good. I decided to give it a shot and I am really pleased! The inside of the boba shop is really cute, lots of unicorns and pink. There are also claw machines, which are supposedly really easy to win. You can order your drinks/food at the self-service kiosk or with the cashier. Even though it was not that busy when I went, I felt like it took longer than I expected for my order to come out, especially at a boba shop, but I did order a food so that might explain the time it took. I got the Lychee Peach Jasmine Green Tea with Lychee and Mango Jelly and Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken. The drink was actually a suggestion by the Facebook post that I had seen earlier. I ordered it with 50% sugar level and it was perfect! The drink was super refreshing and yummy, although it tasted more like lychee than peach. I think the 50% sugar level was also a smart move because of the flavor and toppings inside the drink that already make it sweet. I also got the Salt & Pepper Popcorn Chicken, but they have other options such as "spicy." The popcorn chicken, which is essentially Taiwanese popcorn chicken, was crispy, meaty, and warm when it came out. I loved the seasoning mixture on the chicken pieces. I also paid an extra dollar for yum yum sauce, which paired well with the chicken. Overall, this place has good boba and food and I would recommend coming here if you are near the Suwanee area! read more

My family had been going to Uni Uni since they opened. Initially I would have rated them 3 to 4 stars. However, we recently visited the business and were served drinks made with very spoiled ingredients. I immediately called the business and told them they needed to check their ingredients. I drove back to the store and was issued a full refund and genuine apology. I was sick all night from this experience. While I appreciate the apology and refund, there is just no acceptable explanation for this to have happened. It signals that the appropriate health protocols are not being followed and they should not be serving food or drinks to customers. Stay Away!!! read more

I first heard of Uni Uni due to their advertisements on Instagram for their 1 year anniversary, and as a boba fanatic, my family and I got there 45 minutes early to line up and be one of the top 50 for the prizes. Jokes on us- there was no line and the prize was just a keychain, and they only gave us one for our whole group even though I asked before I paid if we'd all get one. She said yes when we pick up the order. When we picked up the order, they told us only 1 per order. I was annoyed and told them they didn't specify that when we ordered all together, and I even asked if we'd each get one. This wasn't very good customer service to me especially considering we came out and waited 45 minutes for the store to open and were first in line. Anyways, that disappointing customer service aside, drinks were only $3.99 each and popcorn chicken was $6.99 each that day. We ordered 4 drinks and 2 popcorn chickens- one spicy and one not spicy. Considering it was their 1 year anniversary, I did expect a bit of a wait time, but as it wasn't busy and we were first in line, I was surprised by how long it took for the orders to come out. They don't finish making each order before moving on to the next. I'm not sure how their system works, but I saw several drinks from each order on the counter uncompleted. That likely is cause for the delay. It would be a lot faster for each guest if they just completed the orders in order from which guest ordered first. Now in terms of taste, we were actually very pleased with our drinks. Lots of flavor but not too sweet. Plus you can adjust sweetness and ice level. I'm not sure what their normal prices are because I didn't look, but the cup size was big and an amazing deal for only $3.99. As for the popcorn chicken, I'm glad it was discounted at $6.99 for a medium but I found the portion pretty small for a "medium" and even for $6.99 discounted. I definitely wouldn't pay full price for that. The regular was a lot better than the spicy although I can't say we particularly liked either flavor. The spicy seems like it must be made with some sort of curry seasoning, and it just didn't sit right with the nuggets. It was a weird taste. My family generally loves nuggets at boba shops, but we weren't a fan of these. All this being said, they've only been open for a little over 1 year at this point so still much room for improvement. The shop is a good size with pastries on sale as well and claw machines to win prizes with. It's definitely a nice little hangout spot or somewhere you can bring your kids. I was disappointed in my visit, but I do hope they can step it up and succeed! Can't say I'll be back for their normal prices though. BUT if I were just stopping by for a drink, my review would be much different because I was happy with my drink. read more

We were lucky to stumble across this hidden gem. We had lunch at Enzo which is a next to here. I'm so glad we stopped by. I was amazed by how cute the place was! Definitely a cute little hang out spot. I loved the two glass ball chairs that you could take pictures in. Such a cute place! I ordered the Oolong Milk and Chicken Nuggets. The Oolong was definitely a HIT! It's was very tasty as if it was just brewed compared to other places that uses powder. Parking can be a little hectic as it is in the corner. I was told about this cute bubble tea spot and had to come here. This is the in shopping center of Jimmy John's where it's in the huge shopping center of Kohl's. The section has limited parking but farther away, there is a huge parking lot for spaces. I will say that coming in, the decor, colors, and lighting was perfect. I haven't seen such a nice decorated tea spot in a while. Customer service was super friendly as they told me that this is the only location in GA but there are a few in Chicago. They are currently running a special (2p-5p) where you get their free chicken nuggets when you buy 3 drinks. Let me tell you, the Taiwanese salt and pepper chickens here are just off the chain. It's got the perfect Taiwanese flavor to it. You have to get the spicy flavor as it's super tasty!! The portions are huge. These nuggets blow away the competition!! As far as drinks they have a nice variety especially if your into fruit tea drinks like me. I ordered the following drinks: Lychee Peach Jasmine Green Tea with Lychee & Mango Jelly, Strawberry Orange Jasmine Green Tea with Crystal Boba, and Uni Signature Milk Tea. The drinks were delicious. I loved the flavor. The only downfall was they weren't able to make the drinks without ice. I like to store my drinks for the next day and no ice helps it not be watered down for the next day. I am unsure why they can't make it without ice, but hopefully they will be changing that soon as every other tea place has been able to do that... Some of the best boba you can find in metro ATL area! Have to try their popcorn chicken! The outer layer is unique unlike other boba place. Very flavorful and tender! We tried Mango fresh milk with vanilla pudding. This one is based with your choice of milk (whole milk/soy milk/oak milk/almond milk). It's not so sweet! We also had the mango smoothies. I love coming here! They have really awesome options. Even though, it's not super vegan friendly, it does have vegan options! I could be standing at the register waiting and no one comes to take my order for a really long time and the store is definitely not packed by any means.
