I chose to work directly with them instead of going through a third party to have some high-end fleeces and vests embroidered with our company logo and they turned out absolutely beautiful. One of the women who worked on our pieces has 20 years of experience and it shows in the quality of the embroidery. Their prices are very fair and worth the drive to Westland to drop things off and pick them up; I'm sure you could also have items shipped directly to them to be embroidered. Every time I went in, they seemed to be very busy, but they always made time for me and even put a rush on an order for me when I left out a few pieces. Thanks to them, I still hit my deadline! This place sells cheap uniforms inside the Westland Mall which is something that a lot of people around here really need because there are a lot of medical jobs in the area and in most urban areas for that matter. Fast forward to nine weeks after order and no badge. Calls placed today to Cuda were not answered on my cell phone, so I called from my work phone moments later and they picked up. The games, the lies, the incompetence is too much. You can tell the company forgets to order the clothing you paid for (happened with pants order), and can't even order a badge. Avoid Cuda at all costs. Ask your fellow coworkers about Cuda and I guarantee everyone will tell you they are awful. I have put in a credit card transaction dispute after this latest bit of theatrics.
