They have a pair of my glasses (frames that I provided) and they're not returning calls or opening the doors. Additionally, a pair I picked up last week were made wrong and I haven't been able to get the issue addressed. This issue cost me a lot of money because I had to go to a new provider and get my glasses made there until this operation reopens their doors. It would be one thing if patients were notified in advance and still chose to do business with them but that's not the case. I will never do business with this establishment based on their disregard for patients and terrible customer service.

I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, and then the technician who went over my paperwork and started the process for Dr P. who was quick to come and do my annual examination. He did all the proper steps as expected, and offered me some help if glasses were desired. Pleasant and professional office with a nice comfy waiting area and frame shopping area as well. I also had a good experience with Giselle, the doctor, for my exam. My qualms are solely with the front desk staff. Specifically a heavier set brunette woman who sits at the computer closest to the wall. She can't even be bothered to look up from her computer screen to greet or speak with incoming customers - even when they direct questions to her. She is exceptionally rude and quite frankly, if I didn't have such a great experience with Patricia and Giselle, I'd never come back. This is a luxury eyewear store so I expected to be treated as such. Especially since I dropped over $840 on a pair of glasses here, after insurance. I work in the customer service industry and have for the last 13 years and as a manager, I'd want to address this behavior immediately so that it doesn't deter business. It takes very little to look up from a computer to greet and make eye contact with paying customers who are needing support. I was advised the lenses would need to be remade. Upon returning two weeks later, the issue persisted. I then worked directly with the manager, Chris Childress, who assured me the problem would be resolved. However, after another visit, the glasses were still incorrect. This total process lasted 5 weeks! Due to these repeated errors, I requested that my order be canceled and refunded. To make matters worse, the manager, Chris Childress responded rudely and showed little concern.  Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Seaview Optical in Delray Beach, Florida.

Wow what a surprise! I was very skeptical of the "price come on" advertisement but I have to say I…read morewas very surprised and satisfied! What impressed me even more than the very helpful staff was the amount of highly technical machines they used to examine me. Up north, I was always used to having special drops put in my eyes to dilate my pupils so a Doctor could properly examine my retina and optic nerve With a bright light. This meant that someone had to accompany me to the Doctor's office because the effect took hours to wear off. Well that was not what I encountered at Stanton! There must be over $100,000 worth of machines in a special room that measured all different aspects of my eyes starting with the dryness to the clarity of my eye's lens. The machines confirmed my suspicion and a different Doctor's opinion that my right eye developed a cataract which is a clouding of the lens. They do not handle that procedure but I was happy to hear and see the results of that test. They made two pairs of glasses for me. One lightweight clear and one lightweight gray polarized sunlgasses. Thanks to the Doctor, Steve and Ed for taking such good care of me.
