I recently visited the store because I needed to be fit for a new running shoes as the brand I had been using discontinued my shoe model. As a long time marathon runner, I know that value of having the proper shoe for my gait body mechanics. The store offers a state of the art analysis to scan your foot anatomy as well as record your stride / foot strike to see what type of shoe you may need. The process takes about 30 minutes as the next step includes trying out the shoes which are designed for your specific needs ( neutral/ stability etc). This level of service is complementary; no purchase necessary. In addition to their gear, the store also offers a variety of training programs to support novice and experienced runners/walkers. Many participants became longtime friends. If you're looking to get started with a walk or run program or just need some new gear, this is a great option.

To make matters worse, the price sticker on the shoes showed they had been marked $20 cheaper than what I actually paid online. The store would only process a return and refused to let me repurchase them at the marked price, claiming it would be considered a "price adjustment" and wasn't allowed. So charging customers more than the marked price is okay? To make matters worse, the cashier, Ximena, was rude and dismissive. She scrutinized every inch of the shoes and the jacket I was returning as if she was trying to find a reason to deny the return. Lady, all the original tags and hangers were still attached. Is there a possibility this is exactly how it ships out, which is why I'm returning it? Crazy thoughts huh!!!

When you do call to get information no one ever seems to know what is going on with your order. Several orders were done incorrectly with no real reason to why they were. The owner, Cheryl, got extremely crabby on the phone when I called to complain. On one occasion I had even walked into the office as they were talking badly about a previous customer, Sleepy Hollow, and how difficult they were to work with. Very unprofessional! I would never recommend using them. They are horribly overpriced! You might as well use another local business or go through an online store like Custom Ink or Teespring.
