And as soon as I make eye contact with the 3 of them they all give me dirty looks and kept snickering. This was a horrible shopping experience, and I spent a lot of money in this store, to be treated horribly! I will be telling others not to shop here for this reason until they address my concern and experience. WCB was the only store I found that was willing to order a 'loaner dress' from the manufacturer for a small fee so I could try it on. Additionally, Elizabeth was on top of communication and rescheduled my appointment as soon as they realized the dress got delayed in transit. I had a great experience during my appointment with Reagan. She was attentive and always made sure that the dresses I tried on were 1) within my budget and 2) could be ordered to arrive in time for alterations before my wedding date. She let our party deliberate dresses without giving input unless we asked her, which was refreshing compared to my experiences at other stores where I felt pressured by stylists who sold dresses as if they were cars. While I appreciated her dress suggestions based off the description of what I was looking for, I ultimately fell in love with the loaner dress they ordered for me (I was under no obligation to purchase it!) and because it was the perfect size already, I was able to take it home the same day too. Overall, I highly recommend Wine Country Bride. They are totally worth the drive up to Sonoma County.
