4.5 stars! Everyone's always been helpful when I've come to Uniform City. I've come here for 6 years and never had a bad experience. They carry a range of sizes and styles. They will also order them direct from the online store if they don't have your size/color/style. It can take a few weeks for the package to arrive, so keep that in mind if you're in a rush. It's about $5 to embroider your company's logo onto your scrub top. The store recently got a face lift so that was a nice surprise when I went in 2 weeks ago. Not much else to say! read more

Has very large selection of scrubs sizes and brands. I was impressed when I first walked in at the large size of the store. The prices are higher than what you can get elsewhere though. It was somewhat busy with other customers when I came on a Friday afternoon but still there were enough employees to be helpful and assist with finding what I was looking for. I didn't end up buying anything because the prices were higher than want I expected and wanted. If you need to get scrubs fast, don't mind a bit higher prices, and want to have lot of options to choose for colors, styles and fabric types, this is a definitely a good place to check out read more

I was hired in at a hospital in the Tampa area that exclusively uses Uniform City for their embroidery. When I stopped by to pick up a few sets that are required for my job, the men's section literally only had two sizes. Small and XXL. Seeing as these uniform tops are mandatory for my healthcare position, you'd think the business would have a process in place for expediting embroidery in the instance a size isn't in the store. I was told it will take 2-4 weeks for my order to arrive. 2 to 4 weeks... it's been two weeks since I ordered the scrubs. And I've been on my job for a week. The staffer that took my order made it seem like it was my fault for procrastinating so long to get in the store to put in my order, only problem is I came in two days after I was hired. Xzibit could pimp my ride in far less time than it would take this place to get me a 3x2 inch embroidery on two scrub tops. I'm sure everything else in the store is lovely. read more

"First time shopping here. I was not familiar with the store or layout. I found where the lab coats were hanging and tried a few on. I couldn't find a coat that fit so I went to the front desk to ask for assistance. I asked if they could help me with my measurements. The woman tells me: "Keep trying until you find the right one." I could not find my size, so I left. On my way out I thanked the staff for their time. He was answered with a "you're welcome". I am entering this review for a friend who is an independent businessman. I made recommendation to go to this location. He did not have a good experience and took his uniform needs somewhere else. Very disappointing experience for him. He deals with the public daily himself and says he was appalled at the lack of attention he received. read more

There were several staff members in there that didn't acknowledge me or notice I was there. Prices seem high compared to other places I have been to. It took a couple minutes for someone to check me out. I stood at the desk waiting. One employee was on a business call and had to call one of the other ladies over to help. She had to clear off the counter before she could help me because someone had been stocking and had left everything there. Customer service was sub par. read more

They also have all types of medical supplies and brands from littmann to prestige.They offer special discounts and promotions depending of the hospital or facility you work for. Had to come in to buy some new scrub pants. Since my employer is color specific that can be a little bit tricky. However Uniform City came through with the color that I needed. And the size. When your short finding petite scrub pants in a scrub store can be very difficult at times and these guys always come through. They will even order them for you. The store is very clean, very well laid out. If you know the brand and style that you're looking for items are easy to find. Uniforms r laid out by brand and then by classifications within that brand. For example if you know you want a Cherokee Revolution scrubs set they can take you straight to the entire collection. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable and just great people to do business with. read more

I bought 2 pairs of scrubs online for $80.83. Brought them in to return with the shipping information, tags still on, they were both still in their bags and I was only given $69.52. I was not given a readable receipt for the online transaction, but I know I did not pay using a coupon and I did not pay $11.31 in shipping. I wouldn't have bothered buying them at all if that was the case. I was told I could call. I guess I'll stick with FIGS online because they have better customer service and better quality. Lost me as a customer today. read more

I can't rate the selection here because I have no clue if this would be considered abundant or plentiful. My wife was looking around for some scrubs for her, I just came along for the ride. Awesome variety of medical personnel and chef's attire. Don't expect great customer service, some of the employees are a bit grumpy!

They have a nice selection of scrubs however customer service they lack. I like to use coupons when shopping for highly priced items, however, it seems they don't approve. If it's not because they don't honor the particular coupon it's then the facial reaction made when using one they have to honor. The manager has no customer service skills yet wants to interact with customers instead of leaving it up to the cashiers. I would say two cashiers have actually treated me kindly the several times I have shopped here. One of the cashiers is a tall male with glasses, and the other is a fairly new female employee. I have ordered from Uniform City in the past without issue. But my recent order, leaves something to be desired. I have always loved the "silky" type uniform for style, design and comfort. But my last top felt like light tarp in that it didn't breathe. Completely different material than previous scrub tops. I wore it once after washing it and sweated so bad that I won't wear it again. I tried to return it but of course, since I've worn it, washed and taken the tags to do all that, it can't be returned. And I'm not happy with their customer service in that they still won't refund the top. Yes, I know it doesn't meet the refund requirements but there would have been no way to know how this top was without wearing it. Online ordering has it's down points. And I won't order from them again. read more
