After my appointment my eyelashes looked good but not that lifted. The next day after cleaning them I notice that my right eyelash doesn't look lifted AT ALL, and my left eyelash is barely lifted now. I call and they schedule me for a correction for the right eye. That was on Monday. Its now Wednesday and my right eyelash has just fallen again, not completely, but lower than my left eyelash. Before going in they said "for longer eyelashes you'll probably need to come back 24-48 hours after you appointment to get them lifted again for $60". Honestly I shouldn't have even went there after hearing that because it just seems like they barely lift your lashes, so you can go back there and get them lifted again for $60. I haven't tried the eyelash extensions from here, but I will never be going back so honestly I would save your time on getting the eyelash lift because they will just tell you to come back for $60 if they don't lift.

She was extremely rude and refused to do anything to correct the issue. The lady at the counter never asked to charge my card, she never asked if I wanted to leave a tip or anything. Beware, this location has terrible customer service and will charge your card without authorization!
