After my appointment my eyelashes looked good but not that lifted. The next day after cleaning them I notice that my right eyelash doesn't look lifted AT ALL, and my left eyelash is barely lifted now. I call and they schedule me for a correction for the right eye. That was on Monday. Its now Wednesday and my right eyelash has just fallen again, not completely, but lower than my left eyelash. Before going in they said "for longer eyelashes you'll probably need to come back 24-48 hours after you appointment to get them lifted again for $60". Honestly I shouldn't have even went there after hearing that because it just seems like they barely lift your lashes, so you can go back there and get them lifted again for $60. I haven't tried the eyelash extensions from here, but I will never be going back so honestly I would save your time on getting the eyelash lift because they will just tell you to come back for $60 if they don't lift.

Haley immediately put me at ease. She was friendly, kind, and incredibly grounding throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to really listen to me, asked thoughtful questions about my routine and what works for my lifestyle, and never once made me feel silly or judged. The last time I was there I asked for my layers to be cut shorter because they were grown out and small bangs. The hairstylist proceeded to 2 pieces of my hair shorter than the rest of it making my hair look choppy and uneven. She didn't even cut me any bangs as-well. My layers looked exactly the same than they looked before just were styled. I never thought I would say this but i will not continue going to this salon which is crazy because I used to love it. I guess the new employees are just not as awesome as the old ones. The only pleasant part of my visit was going to the restroom because it did smell nice in there.
