on Tues the 12th on my way home from my daughter. I noticed my dashboard popped up my right tire was very low. So I thought I needed air maybe more. so I stopped at Union Auto Body and Andrew greeted me and I explained my dilemma without hesitation Andrew addressed my problem and put air in my tire. on Wed 13th was losing air again. I called Andrew and he said I could bring it in perhaps he said he could plug and patch. Unfortunately my tire needed to be replaced as the nail was too close to the wall. I made the decision to order 2 tires and he promptly replaced and balanced my 2 front tires. I was very impressed with their service. I met Lori and she answers the phone. I have been to Union Auto body approximately three different occasions over a serious of 10 years. Quality of the work was amazing and works with you on the timing. Had an emergency to get a repair completed for my son and also recommended other issues that were not realized at the time I brought the car in. Once a couple of days later after a repair something failed and quickly took back the car repaired and returned. They stand behind their work which is of high quality in my opinion. brought car in with Airbag light on.. and had a few other repairs.. main issue was air bag light since we already have a trustworthy mechanic. Was told airbag light remained off (battery replacement issue) and told them to fix repairs.. then another issue came up after and told them to fix.. when the car was ready, was told airbag light was on again.. so the main thing I wanted fixed was to research airbag light and it was done.. Actually for the sister Co. Union Auto Repairs. Same address. I recently had my 2000 LS (POS) worked on there. They made the repairs quickly and professionally. There was a minor problem with the repair. (It was a simple mistake.) But I had to take it to my local mechanic for further repair. The Most important part is, when I told them about the problem, they apologized profusely, immediately asking for the costs incurred to correct it and insisted on paying for it. Seeing as I had already paid, and being from out of state, (NO chance of return business,) they could have blown me off, easily!!. Not these guys. They stepped right up to take the hit. That, should tell you all you need to know about them. Stand Up Guys, and real human beings!! 10/10 would breakdown there again!! read more

Avoid! After my car was hit from behind I went to the Geico claims adjuster that used to be housed at Union Auto Body on Rt.36. The adjuster listed a number of things that needed to be replaced, because of damage and safety concerns. After submitting the adjusters report to Union Auto Body I was assured that all the work would be completed. After about 1 1/2 week I picked up my car and SHOCKINGLY most of the work that needed to be done was not. They never replaced the hitch that was severely damaged, and the manager explained to me that the original one was fine even though the Geico adjuster said it was not safe to use. They cleaned up the dings and dents but nothing, except 1 outer panel was replaced even though, once again, it was listed as "needs to be replaced" on the Geico Report. In fact. when I picked up my car the trunk still wouldn't close properly. The manager was embarrassed and assured me that it would be completed properly at a later date. After picking it up a second time everything looked fine, but now a few months later the door still isn't closing properly. read more

We decided to have the car fixed here even though we were unaware of this local business. We are extremely happy with the repair work, the courtesy and professionalism of the shop, and the fact that the shop washed the exterior and completely detailed the INSIDE of the car before we picked it up.
