When we decided to sell our condo, we wanted to make sure we worked with the right agent. After doing much online research, we interviewed 5 highly rated "local" real estate agents. All of them came prepared with comps, varying in details covered and professionalism. Kamran was the most knowledgeable, the most professional and the most thorough! Kamran went through the whole selling process in detail and answered all our questions. He and his team helped stage the house, took photographs, listed it in MLS, and scheduled an open house in no time. We had multiple offers above the listing price before the open house ended. Kamran went over each offer in detail, pointing out the pros and cons of each. He is an extremely good negotiator! Once we accepted an offer, Kamran followed up with everyone to ensure each step was taken care of by the responsible party. That included the buyers, the escrow company, inspections, etc. Along the way, he constantly kept us informed. He is also very responsive! I am glad to have chosen to work with Kamran. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, professional, insightful, and courteous! I highly recommend Kamran Montazami!

We initially explored pricing and ultimately submitted a paid application for $4,000, not $3,800 as they later claimed in their response. We have email proof confirming this. We were also told there could be flexibility around $4,100 if we had strong documentation, which we did. Based on that, we were encouraged to apply, pay fees, and submit everything. After doing all of that, there was no real movement or consideration. What made this worse was their response, which included inaccurate statements about us "lowballing" and "going behind our agent." That is simply not true. We were fully transparent with our agent the entire time, and she can confirm that. We also have texts supporting it. Nothing was hidden or "found out" later. Instead of focusing on a reasonable $100 difference that could have easily made both parties happy, they chose to argue and escalate things publicly through responses rather than work toward a solution. That says a lot about their priorities. The bigger issue here is the lack of transparency. If the price was always firm at $4,200, that should have been clearly stated upfront. Instead, we were led to believe there was flexibility, only to find out after paying application fees that there wasn't. The communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional, and their response only reinforced that. My advice to anyone considering renting through them: be cautious before paying any application fees, and make sure any statements about pricing flexibility are clearly confirmed in writing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this team.

An overall $100-$150 difference on a $4,200 listing is standard and was approached in good faith. We were told pricing would only be considered with a strong application, which is why we applied, paid fees, and submitted full documentation. After doing so, there was no flexibility. Our primary communication was through our agent, and we only saw Christopher associated with the listing, so those were the only contacts we were aware of. My husband had one interaction with David, and Amber had a brief call after coming across the listing online, not realizing it was the same property we had already submitted for. The call was simply to confirm whether pricing was negotiable before moving forward. Once any overlap was realized, our agent was immediately informed. There was no attempt to bypass anyone. This review reflects our experience. It is meant for others to understand what we encountered, not for ongoing arguments. We do not see any basis for involving attorneys over a simple review based on our experience, especially while being called dishonest and accused of things that are not accurate. This could have been resolved through a direct conversation, which we would have welcomed, and David had previously stated we were free to share our experience. If your attorneys would like to reach out, we are more than willing to answer any questions. We made a reasonable request, followed the process as presented, and did not see the flexibility that was initially suggested. We consider this matter closed
