    I have been a customer of Union collision for at least 10 years, its the only place I take my cars for body and glass. They are a family-owned business that is so amazing based on the quality of work, competentcy, friendliness and fairness. They recently replaced my front window in my Nissan Leaf. Union Collision over-communicated with me and kept me in the loop for the whole process. The insurance company wanted to use non-OEM parts, Union collision would not take the easy route, as Nissan only recommends OEM parts, this could have been a real disaster when I returned my leased vehicle. They fought for me with my Insurance company to get the OEM parts. Given the sophisticated nature of the technology in the sensors, you would not want to opt for the cheapest, Union Collision insisted on the OEM parts based on safety concerns. Is there anything more important???

    From start to finish Union Collision was amazing!! They notify you when they begin the repair and keep you updated throughout the whole process. They even finished a day before the estimated pick up date... my SUV was finished early and all sparkly clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with my repair. Will recommend them to everyone needing car repair services!!

    I would give this place zero stars, but u have to at least give it one. took my mustang to be…read morepainted. the finished product had lint in it. they didn't put anything back right. they messed up my interior taking it apart. my door lock mechanized were destroyed. my lock popped out the first time I had to use my key. the window ended up being painted. they broke my shifter knob. most of trim was put back wrong and parts they took off to paint were not put back with any fasteners. they sliced the rubber gasket on my front windshield. I asked them not to mount front license, not only did they, it was mounted wrong, off center and crooked. they fix it but now there are 2 dimples in bumper. asked to fix several dents, most the just paint over or where they filled it in u can clearly still see dent. they paint the doors, the paint was in perfect condition except for dents and spots on the front bottom and top, the remained unpainted and clearly visible. chips in door leading edge were not taken car of and still visible. don't know what they thought I wanted paint, what was painted already I guess. the used a screw driver to try to take off my tweeter and damage the surface. they used screwdriver to remove the inside door handle etc and damaged trim. they put back my outside trim kick plate without any fasteners. that is just a small sample of what they did wrong. they said they could fix it just bring it in, I said how they fixed the bumper. I mean come on. while I was there another customer had return bc they were have trouble with their rear door after Ed,s worked on it. I wouldn't take it back to give them a chance to fix it , not after I saw how they fixed my bumper the second time. thinking of suing to get my money back. oh I forgot they waxed the car for me. all my black trim was left with wax. they left wax on parts they didn't paint. after a few rain days, I can see swirls all over paint job. they put back my spoiler, without any sealant and when it rains I get water in trunk.

    Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Interior covered in…read moreoverspray, all my carbon fiber trim feels like sandpaper, water damage on door panels, paint work was crap. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.
