I called ahead for them to give them my card number to pay, and now I'm glad I did. Once I parked my car, I looked in the window and neither owners were wearing masks. I motioned to put on a mask, and the man did. The woman did not. I opened the door, stayed at the doorway, and the man brought my garments to me. I am extremely disappointed that it's December and this important precaution isn't being followed. And on top of that, they have a sign in the window that tells customers they can't enter without a mask! I do not think I'll be doing business with them any longer.

The owners wife had her put the dress on and pinned everything that needed to be fixed. She went to pick it up yesterday and asked the owner if she needed to try it on again. He said no because his wife was not there. She put the dress on last night and the sides were so tight they left a red mark immediately! The shoulder seam was sewn but she completely missed sewing a piece into the seam so it was sticking straight up and the clasp above the zipper was never sewn on which meant the zipper kept opening. Because she had to work I took the dress back this morning and explained all of the issues to the owner. He started screaming at me calling my daughter a liar and said "everyone makes mistakes." First of all, it is his wife's JOB to alter garments. If you cannot do it correctly, then don't do it! My daughter went to pick the dress up at lunch and tried it on while there. The wife fixed one side but the other side was still way too tight. When she told her she said that she just likes to complain and the dress was fixed. I had to rip the side seem out and sew it back together myself because we had to more time to waste. I would not go back to Flash Cleaners if they were the last business on earth. Owner is nasty, wife is incompetent and they are way over priced for their services.

The (male) proprietor sweeping and cleaning up around his entire property (sidewalk, street, you name it). That's exactly who we want in our town... people that care, take pride in their work and have integrity. Then when you walk inside (later in the day) you'll encounter the (female) proprietor and she's an absolute hoot. Funny, rude (in a playful way) and professional (after she's done busting your chops!). The world is sorely "understaffed" with genuinely good people like the two running this shop. The place is tiny but they do a mighty fine job at (dry) cleaning. Pricing is fair. Street parking (but this intersection can be absolutely bananas as the day progresses). Great spot, definitely recommended when you need that pro touch on your clothes.

This really didn't occur to me until recently when my favorite bandana went missing; then 2 days later an entire set Boll and branch sheets ( top sheet, bottom sheet and 2 pillow cases ) all went missing......then I realized I bought 4 pillow cases and all are now gone!! To replace them is $400 and no offer is made.

Unfortunately, I regret choosing this business and ignoring the red flags from the very beginning. From my first visit, the tailor was rude. She told me I needed to bring the shoes I would wear with the dress, so I returned the next day after work with my shoes. Even then, her attitude was unpleasant. She gave abrupt instructions like "put your things here," "don't close the curtain," and "leave the dress over there," which made me feel like she was annoyed and did not want to do the job. Because the wedding was only one week away, I left the dress. When I called a week later to pick it up, I told her I would be there by 5:30. She said she was closing early -- even though their normal closing time is 6:00 PM -- so my husband went instead. He immediately noticed the dress was still very long -- it was dragging on the floor. I had no choice but to fold it at the waist to make it wearable, which was far from ideal. I called her and explained the issue, but she was extremely rude on the phone. I brought the dress back and told her she could take her time fixing it. When I received it again, the back was much shorter than the front, and the stitching was terrible and uneven. What is strange is that the first time, the work itself was fine, which is why I am writing this review. It seems she did not like that I brought the dress back, because instead of properly fixing it, she ruined it -- and I still paid $50. Based on how I was treated from day one. I felt absolutely unwelcome. I will never return and do not recommend this tailor. If you notice any red flags, save yourself the unpleasant experience and go elsewhere.

We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess. Their cleaning is pretty good, not the best I have seen, but certainly the best for their price point. I will be using them moving forward.

It never had pleats or creases in it. I was so upset. They did try to fix it. I should have left it that. I gave them another chance and brought in two tops this morning. One had deodorant spots on them- I'm guessing not uncommon. The woman flat out said she couldn't get it out. What? Deodorant spots on a shirt. I was livid. She barely looked at it, too busy on her phone. I can't be bothered with a lazy woman who doesn't want the business and/or will mess up my clothes. We will go somewhere else and I highly recommend you save yourself the time and money and find somewhere else to go as well.
