I hate paying cash for anything. I will almost always, given the choice, choose a business that except credit cards over one that excepts only cash for that exact reason. And here's the perfect exception. Yes they do a great job with your clothes in terms of cleaning and time of service. But anyone can do that, it's dry cleaning it's not rocket science. What makes this business a winner is the owner's exceptional ability to not only always be incredibly positive but remember things about you and your family that no other business owner would take the time to care about. And it's not like she's some kind of genius, (she might be though) she keeps it all on her computer. She'll even tell you that. But it's that small effort that makes you want to patronize a business like this. read more

I found these people to be very rude and inefficient. A week ago, I brought my deceased husband's suit there to be dry cleaned. I was told it would be ready today. I went at about 10:10 am this morning and was told to come back in an hour. I came back in 1 1/2 hours and was told it wasn't ready--to come back later in the afternoon and then changed it to "come back tomorrow." Not an "I'm sorry" either time I stopped in. After bringing shirts here for over 4 years, and dealing with her dismissive, rude attitude which I just put down to her being a cranky, old lady - I went in to this business a week or so ago to pick up my shirts. She said I'm busy and can't find them right now, can you come back? Ok, I left and came back a week later. She looked again and can't find them. She tells me she gives shirts away to the wrong people all the time, but they usually bring them back. That sounds crazy, but I say 'I need my shirts back' how are you going to fix this. Then she starts gaslighting me and telling me she's sure I already picked them up. I brought the receipt and know 100% I don't have my shirts because I use them for work. She tells me to leave, go home, look through my closet and tell her exactly what shirts are missing. Ok - I come back the next day / today and tell her exactly which shirts. She then says, show me the receipts for the shirts. I show her the laundry receipt I still have - she says, no ! The store receipts!!! I have the store receipts from last year saved on my phone - I show her the receipt for 2 of the shirts. She says 'how do I know those are the 2 shirts? She's called me dishonest, a liar, a troublemaker at this point. She is just arguing non stop and refuses to even admit to losing my shirts (although she tells me right away about times she's lost other shirts... (?). I'm with my better half and my newborn son and she says "I see you here all the time with another woman, don't I ?" A white woman...then "oh, your wife is Chinese" "I didn't know you had a wife". "She's Chinese, that's why you're so miserable" I have no idea how she can get away with just being straight-up racially inappropriate to people's faces like that. I cannot believe people this ignorant and bigoted still existed in 2025. She's basically said, I lost your shirts and I'm not going to do anything about it and attempted to gaslight me into thinking I already picked them up (???) Absolutely unacceptable. This woman does not deserve to be in business any more. If you like being insulted based on your race, you love your clothes being lost and ruined - keep on indulging her. I tried multiple dry cleaners in the area, so far is the best. The owner remembers all customers by name, very nice and welcoming. Technician hee is doing good job, if they have any concerns about cleaning result, they will tell right away. But so far all came out very good. During covid, owner saw lots of masks and giving them away to the customers. read more

Delightful customer service and spookily effective. Brought in a coat without mentioning that it had the tiniest stain of automotive paint on it, which was only noticeable if you knew where to look. Was not expecting that to be removed, just wanted to give the whole coat a refresher--but the stain was gone! And the coat looks great! Will definitely revisit sometime soon, great work! read more

Horrible place. They didn't do the job right so when we pointed out she bluntly said "Don't come here then. We can't clean it. You go someplace else". The shirt shrank and became a size less, the stains became even worse: dont bring your clothes here. Rude service and unprofessionalism is all you will get for the money you pay. read more

Rude. They hung on me. I asked how much it was to get a pair of pants tailored. They said that they don't give prices over the phone. I explained that I didn't want to go all the way down there if it was going to be more expensive than other places I had already called. She said, "Maybe you should just sew them yourself." I strongly recommend that you do yourself a favor and avoid this business. With so many quality options nearby there's honestly no reason at all to patronize this owner. She is deceivingly pleasant when you drop off your clothes, but should you question the quality of the cleaning, the monster comes out! Based on the reviews it's obvious she's shown her real self to others. My experience here was exceptional. I had a really important interview scheduled and hadn't tried my suit on until a few days before. It turned out the pants were now huge on me - sloppy and totally unwearable. I was starting to panic, so I walked in here on a whim. she was so helpful, promising me the pants would be ready the evening of the following business day. She delivered and did a great job, and her pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this tailor and will return here in the future. read more

I don't have much to dry clean. But when I did always went here. She was always very friendly. I would recommend this place if anyone was looking for dry cleaners. Also sent a friend that worked at a school with cheerleader outfits. I went recently and asked how much to clean two curtain panels. She said $22.00 each. Not sure if that is good or bad. I went to take them out of the bag she yelled and said don't take them out you'll get dust all over. They weren't that dirty. Then she said maybe you clean them yourself or buy new curtains it might be cheaper. I said but it says on the label to dry clean. Do you think they will shrink? She said I don't know. I said I will think about it. I was trying to make conversation and She started walking away and ignoring me. RUDE! I will not go back there. There are plenty of cleaners on Park Avenue. read more

The owner always welcomes you with a big smile and remembers you and your family like you've known her forever. Please, please, stay far away from this place. We simply asked to have a new expensive suit pressed for a funeral the following day. Upon paying and picking up the suit we noticed it was the wrong suit (different color and size). Instead of the lady behind the counter attempting to fix the problem (mistakes happen) she insisted on telling us this was our suit???? She refused to take ownership of the problem and continued to blame us?? Following up a week later, I calmly asked her if she found the suit. She became very aggressive and combative, (yelling and pointing in my face) in front of my young son. I have never wrote a bad review in my life but could not let this lunatic rip off another customer. read more

I have been using this cleaners for some time, but the clothes are never ready when promised. On several occasions she told me I need more time, I have waited as long as a week and a half and more then twice I really got stuck because something I needed to wear was not done. She is pleasant but once I called to get a price on cleaning a winter coat and she refused without seeing it first, she did not know it was a regular customer calling. I bring a lot of clothes to her and she does give me a so called small discount, so I though perhaps this is why she feels she can take as long as she needs with them. read more
