Requests for diagnostic tests were not relayed, not performed, and/or the results not communicated. The office staff was always disorganized and harried. Our patient was not prepared for doctor visits, despite the staff assuring us they would be. Don't place your loved one here.

Physically, the facility is beautiful, clean, and roomy. There are outside patios, bird feeders, nice views from patients' The food is delicious. It is quiet, and quite homey. The staff and volunteers have been wonderful, professional, helpful, and eager to get the patient exactly what she needs 24/7 In particular we have been impressed with my sisters nurse, Susan, who is the consummate professional. She is compassionate and one of those rare professionals who is a good listener. "Being heard" is the greatest gift one can give to a hospice patient. I don't know all the names of other staff, but everyone I have met has been compassionate, helpful, patient, and kind. If you or a loved one seek Hospice Care, Chandler Hall is first rate.
