The registers are in the back corner and are mainly self-checkout.. but there is one staff that's there to assist if needed and can ring you up too. The store is clean and organized. Staff members are nice. I like the fact that they have a great variety of cotton attire. Some models are limited in color, but the prices are mostly pretty reasonable. They have women, men, underwear and kids sections. Lots of socks, but not many items of women's underwear. The signage is confusing, which is why I took one star off. read more

Great selection, clean store, nice staff! I do sort of dread going to a specific store in a mall that's so big because it takes forever to find parking and walk lol - but if you're making an outing out of going to the mall it's fun. There were plenty of team members around to help navigate when we needed help finding certain things. I did notice though there aren't the Uniqlo logos on anything anymore? Not sure if that's new but we were looking at fits for tennis and they usually have the logo but no more. Prices are higher now but that's the case literally everywhere. If you can wait for sales do it ;) Dressing rooms are efficient too. Great store! read more

I really like Uniqlo and I was basically getting notifications on my Uniqlo app about the grand opening of the new Uniqlo at the Westfield Topanga, so I decided to check it out. For the grand opening, there were lots of great sales, especially on a lot of their popular products. I basically went on a mini spending spree LOL. I bought the popular U AIRism Cotton Oversizes Crew Neck Half-Sleeve T-shirt in various colors, the AIRism Cotton Sleeveless T-Shirt, and the Round Mini Shoulder Bag. I think mannequins are great walking advertisements that they need to utilize a bit better. They had this really cool shoulder bag that I wanted to get and they said that they didn't sell it and that it actually wasn't even a UNIQLO product. So I was wondering why they even put it on the mannequin LOLOL, it's so misleading. The UNIQLO team needs to sort that out LOLOL. Anyway, the grand opening was cool because they were also giving away prizes and free goodies like shrimp chips and a free tote bag, which was very useful. I've been to so many UNIQLOs around the world, and this one is pretty standard, but it's also cool that they had some unique merchandise exclusive to the store. It wasn't my aesthetic, but I think they should continue to do exclusive merch specific to stores. Overall, I'll stick to the classics like the AIRism oversized t-shirt, which is so comfy and they had so many great colors to choose from. I've seen so many people with this t-shirt, and for good reason. Also, UNIQLO, I'm available to model if you ever need ahahahah!! Also, they have new technology that automatically scans all your products, but make sure to check the receipt because it ended up scanning additional items that I didn't buy! I was like uhhh, I only have 'X' amount of items and you can clearly see that was a mistake. So they need to work out the technology kinks as well. read more

Yes, it's been a long while since I've shopped at a storefront. I do most of my shopping online since the pandemic. I happened to be at the mall and decided to look around. All I have to say is sensory overload. This store is well stocked which is a good thing. I did find a couple of things for Christmas gifts. The layout is unique. I am not use to the high fixtures and at times, I found myself struggling reaching for things as I am short. The checkout registers are located in the back corner of the store and the self checkout kiosk was very unique if you ask me. I was confused at first and my husband sensed it and came to my rescue. Very friendly and helpful sales associates. I suggest bringing your own bag at no charge or purchase one there at a minimal cost. Great experience and glad Uniqlo finally opened at Topanga Mall. read more

Staff has no social skills.. never greeted at shopfront and all the "managers" are always giving judgmental stares?? Staff is very quiet and focuses on nothing more than folding clothes instead of offering assistance. It's always a quest trying to find help. It has been a while since I've shopped at Uniqlo but they have really stepped their game up. The store is very nicely kept and super clean. The quality of the clothes have improved and are still a very good deal. I with there was a Uniqlo closer to me. All of their clothes seem to fit me perfectly. The checkout process was super fast. Larger than some other Uniqlos in the US, but still much smaller than their stores in Asia, if you have never been , it is a must-visit if finding young trendy, and mostly affordable, fashion is your thing. Their sizes do run a bit smaller than Western sizes. This particular store's checkout is the back of the store, with more self-service stations than cashiers that handle transactions involving cash. read more

Love that there's a Uniqlo at Topanga now! This one's only one story which is smaller than a lot of their other locations but they sell the same great well made clothes and basics. Great friendly staff! Great selection, incredibly clean store. I encountered an issue with an online promo stating I would receive a free Uniqlo U shirt with any online, pick up instore purchase. I got my items, but not my t-shirt. I guess on my end during the order process it shipped to store, rather than "pick up in store" and the promo did not work. At first I asked the employee about it, and said there's nothing they can do as the promotion is over. Feeling bummed, but really wanting my shirt - I asked the store manager at the time (forgot to grab their name) if there was anything they can do about it. I quickly brought up my issue and without hesitation she asked me what size I wore and gave me one off the shelf. Thank you Uniqlo Topanga y'all made my day. read more
