I'm glad this store re-opened and am looking forward to coming to this mall more often, as the parking lot is fairly empty. Park on level 4 at Parking 8 and you're right there. The store is super clean, and follows social distancing and cleaning. The selection is fairly good, but not to splashy, so you'll have to look carefully for some of the new designs. I've gotten used to their quality, so have shopped UNIQLO for years. While in Japan, it seems they have a larger presence, but have made some alliances with other clothing stores through joint adds and massive on-line marketing. I hope it can survive this COVID-19 slowdown, and start more fashion designs for the western world.

I came to check this store out with a buddy of mine. We were perusing many different clothing stores that day. Seeing as I am changing my wardrobe a bit, I was here to see if they had anything to my liking. Some stuff did catch my eye. They had a winter coat that looked nice. They had it in black, brown, and beige. They also had many different clothing items that were solid colors, which is definitely my style. Other stuff they had I did not pay attention to, as they were either too brightly colored or I simply did not care to buy the items. I can see that this clothing store is fashion forward. I like their stock overall. I will be back to check out their store more in detail, as I was a bit rushed that day. I may pick some items up next time, as some things did catch my eye.

Nice place, cute socks but this store doesn't hold in stock anything above a XL. A huge bummer.

I stopped in at La 'Tik and was met my the nicest Sales Associate. She could see that I was in crisis in more ways in one. Not only did I need a dress for an event, but I had no idea what I was doing. I do not buy dresses, nor do I wear dresses. But with the help of Danielle, and only five dresses later I found exactly what I was looking for. Something in black, classy, fun, and something I was comfortable wearing as wear. A perfect match, the dress and I. The store looks teeny, tiny from the outside, but let me just say they pack a whole lot in there.

La Tik Fashion caught my eye while walking down towards 3rd street shopping area. I poked my head in and was greeted before I even walked in. I told the sales lady that I am searching for a nice summer dress for my girlfriend. I also mention that I was a male and had no clue of what the hell I was looking for. The sales lady was able to ask the right questions about my girlfriend and critiqued her personality to me with amazement. She was on point with every characteristic that my girlfriend has. The sales lady also educated me on how to shop for my lady, that I should pay attention to what clothing and colors are in her room, and what she wears. Though I did not buy anything that day from La Tik Fashion, I will be back before Christmas to purchase a gift for my lady. I recommend stopping by La' Tik Fashion before you step into Fred Segal's. You might find what you are looking for at a lower price.

Zara has really cute handbags, coats/jackets and unique high heels/boots! It's also a huge store, which includes escalators! Inside | Neat & tidy! Plenty of mirrors all around! Customer service especially shines downstairs in the dressing room area; super friendly & always willing to give a helping hand! It was always crowded and the items weren't always properly organized. However much to my pleasant surprise I popped in to pick up an online order and make a return and not only did I find that everything was beautifully merchandised and displayed but also great customer service from all the employees I interacted with. I even purchased something after I returned something else! Online order pickup was easy, I just pulled up my QR code from the app and the associate scanned it and retrieved my package from the back. This location is 3 floors and I found it to have a lot of different items across size ranges which were well organized. Prices have gone up a bit overall but I do like the unique styles you can find each time you go into a Zara so value is relative to that.

The security guard was even friendlier to us! I used to work at an Anthropologie store and we were trained to be warm, friendly, attentive, and helpful to all customers. A few of the employees passed by us from time to time and walked very quickly, staring straight ahead and ignoring us. My mom is in a wheelchair and it would have been greatly appreciated if someone had let us know that there is an elevator if she wanted to browse the second floor, but I had to find the elevator on my own. The cashier did smile at us toward the end of our shopping experience, but did not say one word. One of the employees accidentally looked me in the eye and quickly averted her gaze lol! Such a weird, cold vibe here. I almost wished I could clock in and show these associates how customer service is done. Sheesh! We are definitely not in a rush to go back to this location!

I have mixed feelings about this location because customer service is always a hit or miss with some sales associates being clueless about completing online/in-store pickup transactions and others having horrible customer service skills. The sales associates are not "customer" oriented. Instead they focus heavily on policy and procedures and lack basic problem-solving abilities, which is very frustrating. Add to it, they have a security guard at the entrance who stares and makes the shopping experience uncomfortable. However, the shop itself is beautiful, with large wooden doors you walk through and a winding staircase. Still, I prefer the Century City location and only come here for in-store pickups when Century City is not an option.
