Since it takes me 10 minutes each way to drive to/from the restaurant, it had probably been sitting for 30 minutes before I could start eating it. I've had Pad Thai in many places, including Thailand. This was the worst Pad Thai I've ever had. It had an "off" taste that I could not identify and the noodles were mushy. My guess is that the mushy noodles were a result of sitting and steaming itself for so long. Sorry, but won't go back or recommend.

Fairly open at 5:30 pm on a Sunday....... PACKED and folks waiting by 6 PM!!!!! Clean (brand new restaurant) and plenty of parking, however we walked over from d/t Wellen Park. Not packed, but we still had to wait for server. We did have to flag her down multiple times and ESPEICALLY as the rest of her tables filled up. I got a tofu ginger soup that was awesome. I coudl (well actually now I can't) rattle off all the rolls and items we got. I got vegan/veggie vegetable aspargus and avacado and etc rolls............ each and every one was prepared perfectly, and presented fantastically and had fresh and delectable ingredients. I have had a bit of sashimiand sushi in my 45 plus years of international and domestic travel and living in NYC/LI. As well I worked for a Japanese company for 10 years......... this was VERY well done and my top spot in the Sarasota to North Port corridor and thankfully 6 miles from my home..... my wife works a mile away!!!!!! As a restaurant amongst over 150 I have tagged they are also top ranking with me.
