I went into the shop today to get my money back and the tech cursed me out and refused to give me all of my money back. She said she didn't know how to remove them and when I asked for a license she had nothing to show. DONT EVER COME HERE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! During the service, the wrap was repeatedly lifted while the solution was processing, and my brows were trimmed before setting both of which caused poor results. When I raised my concerns, the owner did not take responsibility and instead blamed the outcome on my brows rather than acknowledging the process errors. The handling of the situation felt dismissive and unprofessional. I paid $75 for a service that left my brows looking worse than before, and the way my concerns were brushed off was very frustrating. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. They keep deleting my review and somehow yelp is allowing this so I have to keep re-reviewing to hopefully warn others of what could happen if you go here. Here are my befores and after photos.
