I didn't get my eyebrows done there, but a few women came in to get theirs threaded, and Shahla uses a magnifying mirror with a light for precision, which i have never seen used before and i LOVED it! i will definitely be getting my eyebrows threaded in the near future!!

The technician attempted to remove it, but in the process, the bag was discolored and the zipper was damaged. I was very disappointed when the technician denied responsibility for the damage. When I went to pay, she hovered over me to see how much of a tip I was going to give her, which was uncomfortable and somewhat ridiculous, given the circumstances. I will note that I paid for the service- I didn't want to be accused of leaving without paying for that service. I believe that a business should take responsibility for any damage caused to a customer's belongings while on the premises. Had the technician taken responsibility and offered to compensate me for the damage, I would have been satisfied. I'm really very disappointed.
