After my appointment, which had to be at their convenience, only to be told to follow up with my doctor regarding the results, I had high iron levels and told to switch to nutrafol. I was not a candidate for PRP due to my increased shedding. Go to your dermatologist, get lab work done and see what a good dermatologist recommends. Only go if you know you are a candidate for PRP or you want to purchase a $ 3,000 laser cap. The $150 was a waste, they will not tell you anything different than what a dermatologist can.

I then got the extensions installed by Tia and went back every 6-8 weeks for maintenance for about 10 months. Everytime my hair fell when Tia did the maintenance and the last few times I noticed she pushed the extensiones up instead of remove them and re- install them. Upon traveling this summer a hair dresser told me they were not installed well and that caused my hair to fall out significantly more than normal. I am now on a journey to try and regrow lost hair using minoxidil. Though my experience with D was good. Tia got lazy and careless and contributed to hair loss I now have to recover. I won't be going back.
