One of the ladies is Rhonda, and the other one left. Otherwise you will get half the job done. I've left with SO much wax on me, and multiple patches. They never do toes when you do a full leg, and so much more. I don't like to complain, because it's alwayssssss a mess and never a clean wax, so I don't want to come off as annoying. I got my haircut and both my children's haircuts at Beauty Bar with Jolene. The salon is 100% clean, disinfected and they only let one person or family in at a time. Jolene is 100% amazing at what she does and she has extremely reasonable prices and an amazing manner about her. She always treats her customers like they are royalty and she make sure that you love your hair! I completely trust her to style and cut my hair. She's even better with kids. Joleen gave me a quick hair trim the first time at her place for an event and I could see that's the way I like more than other stylists I used before. I decided to go back to her for a blowout to attend a dinner event and I love her skill even more. My last experience was a full haircut and color which I rarely go for with my fear of the unpleasant chemical. She uses a high quality natural color product for me so I felt better about it! Wish I could give this NEGATIVE stars…read more When I went to Ellie at La Bella Salon, I told her VERY SPECIFICALLY: NO LAYERS...JUST TRIM THE ENDS. My long curly hair (mid back) was all the same length (picture the singer from Lourde, only slightly shorter and not as thick, but just as curly). I asked her to show me how much she was cutting off, and she showed me about an inch in her hand. I said okay. I wear glasses and cannot see to the mirror, so I just let her do her thing. I kept reminding her NO LAYERS and she kept saying "Don't worry!!! I make you beautiful!!!" Well, as soon as I put on my glasses I saw that NOT ONLY did she give me CRAZY amount of layers, but my hair is now up to my shoulders. My hair takes a long time to grow, and it will be over a year until the shortest layers...bangs...are even able to tuck behind my ears. When I refused to pay, they said they would call the police on me. Since Saturday I have left messages for an owner or manager to call me back...NOTHING!!! I know I cannot get my hair back, but I at least want a refund...and an apology. BIGGEST HAIR DISASTER EVER!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! STAY AWAY!!!
