With 2 toddlers, 5 pieces of large luggage, and a double stroller, my wife and I were very stressed out about our ride to and from the airport for our Disney vacation. Within about 2 seconds of talking with the excellent staff at Unique 2, our fears were allayed and stress completely lifted. Other car service companies don't have child car seats (or pretend they don't know how to install them). With Unique 2, we got a beautiful large truck with enough room for everything (plus all the extra stuff we just had to buy at Disney), with 2 child seats installed. I called this service to pick up my family from the airport and bring them to my house. Their flight from Atlanta was delayed so they were getting in after midnight. I paid the late night surcharge and told the service that their flight still wasn't on the board in the airport in Atlanta, so they needed to check the flight status before pickup. The person that picked my family up started giving them a hard time via text message before they were off the plane, indicating that he had been at the airport for three hours! When they finally met up in the airport, he seemed unstable, sharing that his daughter was in the hospital. If it wasn't the middle of the night, my aunt said she would have called me to send another service. She said the whole ride was awkward. I don't blame the driver, except for agreeing to the pickup during a difficult personal time. I did call to tell the service what had happened, since when it was time for their return pickup, I didn't want them to send the same driver. They said they were surprised about the particular driver but offered no apologies. read more

Unique Limousine provided car service for me and my family in August for round trip reservations to the cruise port in Bayonne. The service was great , they had ice cold water in the car as well as mints. The driver was dressed very well and very professional. We look forward to using them again in October read more

I would love to give them no stars. We received a ride from the Newark airport from them. They saw us stranded at the airport after our bus hadnt shown up, and tried to take the opportunity to take advantage of us. It was early in the morning and we'd been traveling all night. I had a group of 8 teenagers with me who I was chaperoning. They quoted us one fee, took us up to th top of the parking garage and started to load all our luggage. Then the driver told me he would need more money. I explained to him that it was a school trip, everything was prepaid, as in we'd already paid for the bus and didn't have much money left because of this unanticipated expense. He demanded the additional money regardless. Upon returning to school I dug every last dollar out of my wallet and he was disgusted and compained. I had s receipt emailed to me that had the option to leave a comment, which I did. I promptly got a response in broken English that was so vile and vulgar I was astounded.
