The car sold to me seemed in good condition after a further inspection I have a few concerns he sent it to his own garage and said nothing was wrong I then took it to my own garage who immediately assessed and advised it was deemed unsafe with immediate affect. This garage knew I had children and still let me drive away after a BOTCHED MOT if this MOT was done correctly it would of failed. Imagine driving your three very young children around in a vehicle that essentially could of killed us!! Although they can offer repair first when taken to two seprate garages they would not even quote as it is not safe the third said we're looking at over two thousand so then was offered a refund. This took four weeks and lies and lies promises of it coming. Messed me around until I sought legal advice. Thr garage compensated me 200 pound but still did not cover the full cost of the car and not one slight remouese of what hassle this has caused or danger. Auto trader has since had 11 5 star reviews on the same day which are fake knowing full well I will be coming down on them once I received my money. I have reported everything to the right authorities to protect others lives and before someone is killed.

The dealership is quite nice, although typical for both RRG and Peugeot, with it not really standing out to other RRG Peugeot dealerships, such as the one in Rochdale. They do sell flagship cars for Peugeot mainly, which are unlocked on the inside, to take a look at. The salesmen here seemed a little poor, honestly they seemed a little boring, and far from engaging, they simply seemed like very poor salesman, which is quite uncommon compared to other RRG garages I have visited, including Skoda and Toyota. This dealership doesn't have a great vibe in it, to spend a while, the layout seems to be the only thing different to the Rochdale store, and a few other minor tweaks means Rochdale is of course nicer as a whole, meaning this one is simply the Brian Kidd, to his Manuel Pellegrini, so I can only give 2 stars, which I still feel is a little generous, but is more deserving rather than a single one star.

More than one mechanic looked at the situation, and after counseling amongst themselves they quickly found a solution to the problem, which was rooted in the very complicated area of electronic modules. In the process they showed an attitude that went well beyond the regular '9 to 5' mentality, which resulted in the van being ready to go a few days later already. I am fairly certain that things wouldn't have moved that quickly if I had chosen any other company to work on this relatively old van. As such, with the involvement of the Police and my insurer, I have fortunately been in the position to get the work fixed at zero cost to myself... Step-in Lancashire Motor Bodies, saviour of the hour and supplier of some of the best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of receiving. True, I didn't have to shop around as they are the preferred repairer of my insurer, but I have to say that I was a little sceptical on first researching them as there were only a couple of aged reviews on the web (not on Yelp, obviously!) and these weren't exactly glowing. Well, my experience was different. On finding them, tucked away as they are in Salford, but only 30 seconds off Bury New Road, you could be mislead by the exterior of the business premises, as it isn't exactly glamorous, but then again, it is a car bodywork repairer! However, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They lead me through the whole process with my insurer, collected my car and delivered a courtesy car which was mine free of charge, phoned me regularly with updates on the work and again when it was finished. They even returned my car, resplendent with new front wing, fully valeted inside and out. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and think they are well worth every one of the 5 stars I'm giving them. I hope you don't require their services, but if you do, they'll look after you (and your car!).
