I would give a zero because not only are these people terrible at their business, they are also petty. I've spent over $15,000 at this company in 1.5 years to try and get my pool working. They destroyed it. This is after they told me I needed this fixed and that fixed, everything under the sun leading to a brand new pump and liner. They also closed our pool improperly causing it to freeze and crack. Then told us we need a new liner to fix the leak. The guy that did the liner did not do it correctly and it's peeling off the wall. When I asked for them to come out, he said call the manufacturer of the liner. Then I complained about this last week to the company and they got petty and threw my now torn up pool cover today on my driveway to retaliate. They opened my pool so they had the cover. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. We are filing a BBB claim and small claims against them. They completely destroyed my pool. My pool holds no water as you can see. Do not hire this company Unique pool management! For your pool needs. Doug will send guys out that is not experienced or is honest about the work they will even hide stuff they brake won't tell the customer and leave the job sight. They broke a lid on the ground to my pool and didn't let me know i Have a ring so I seen one guy telling his crew leader I broke the lid he responded back to him don't worry about it and left the job sight as is. I could of step into it or have a 10 pound dog who knows what would of happened. I send the company video of what happened and my pool was full of sand which I paid $425 or extra sand to be changed kept coming back into my pool they did fix the pool lid by ordering another one as apologized but if I didn't have the ring I would of been stock with the problem. I think it was hooked back up wrong or something. They did get me a pool lid. I tough Doug cared and would the care of the problems but he decided to go ghost on me after a while and leaving me with a mess and thousands of dollars I paid. They destroyed everything at the pool opening now my equipment won't work right Doug will charge you extra for chemicals needed in your pool For their mistake. I paid for weekly services since April-01-2021. i gave him every chance to come out and fix the problems he said he would come up with a plan 5 weeks ago any call me but that never happened. My last cleaning service because of all the dirt backing into my pool every week and we couldn't enjoy our pool not fixing the problems. I showed Matt and he said yes it's dirty we are tired we have to two more houses to go clean there pool to call the office and walked of on the job. I canceled my pool cleaning finally since I wasn't getting it cleaned anyways on August-20-2021 Doug ordered mother board or my salt generator charged me $650 and it's not working and won't come out To fix it. I paid for the generator to be cleaned when opening my pool. I think this all happened because of a lousy pool opening, so my salt generater stopped making chlorine instead of him fixing it every week on my cleaning, he had them put chlorine in my pool and again charged me $59.99 for chlorine to be added. He said 5 weeks ago he would come up with a plan and call me. Never did. I texted him again few days ago but he won't reply back. So now I am trying to find a pool company who can fix all these problems he caused me and just left me out in the open and charged me over thousands of dollars and bad parts won't work for bad pool opening extra chemical. He also gave me a price for pool rail for $430 and when they came out to put in it they said it will be $960 and yes I paid for that as well. No that's not all! He had his guys take out my pool slide didn't go well so he came out with another guy they grinded On my pool deck now I have yellow stains on my fiberglass pool. He charged me $20 dollars for med out it's a chemical to remove the yellow stains out which he caused and it did not work to get the stains Out he caused. read more

Unique pool management performed a visual Inspection on a pool at a home I was purchasing. I informed both the inspector and the receptionist that I was on a tight deadline, they both assured me that it would not be a problem. I was sent an invoice asking for prompt payment and the Inspection report would be emailed that day. I paid immediately. As my deadline got closer and closer I got excuse after excuse until my deadline had past. The pool guy was friendly and knowledgeable but I would not recommend they're Inspection services. read more

DO NOT USE!! Terrible people. This company hires the lifeguards for our subdivision pool and the lifeguards are mean and rude, and scream and yell, and at me, and I am a grown woman. I called to complain today, spoke to Ashley, who was nothing but defensive of the lifeguards. Then, Ashley stated "when I get upset again, just give her a call". What? Me placing a call in the first place is not going to be enough to stop the lifeguards from screaming at adults? "WHEN" it happens again? Wow! Plus, the lifeguards do not even know the current policy of checking in with electronic pool passes. Another incident today, a table umbrella was blowing in the wind and the lifeguard, Victoria, I believe it was, screamed at my son to get up and go over to fix the umbrella. Um, that is not my sons job. If the lifeguards treat kids poorly when the parents are there, how are they treating them when the parents are not there? (16 years and up do not need parents). Will do my best to make sure all know to stay away from this unprofessional business. read more
