Great first experience getting a sugar wax. Tia was very knowledgeable and very gentle when performing the process. I was fearful it would be painful yet it was not bad. She talked me through it and ensured to talk the whole time during it to keep my mind off what was going on. Afterwards the store manager Nikki greeted me to make sure everything went smoothly. I came here because of all of the positive reviews but had a terrible experience. Beyond unprofessional. I visited on a Sunday after at 2pm and there was only one employee. She did not sanitize the chair or any equipment. A woman that arrived before me wanted to get a Brazilian wax so the employee took the woman back to a room and then asked me what I needed done. I only came in for eyebrows but did not expect her to "take me really quickly". Not only did she rush but she spent the majority of the time telling me how bad waxing was for my eyebrows and why don't I just do threading. She complained about my oily skin and proceeded to ask me why I put oil on my face. I told her 1) it's hot outside and 2) I have oily skin. She complained again and stated that the wax would not stick to my oily skin so she was going to have to thread instead. Mind you, she did not wipe my brows with any prep solution, witch hazel, etc. just plopped me down in the chair and basically slapped wax on my brows - getting a small amount on my lashes and eyelid. Worst $12 I've ever spent and I honestly could've done a better job at home. It's never okay to insult a customer especially if I'm paying for a service. read more

Sana is awesome. Very kind and professional...and quick! Eyebrow threading did not hurt. Waxing was super fast. She recommended their all natural scrub to reduce in-growns, short hairs, and it is also a great exfoliator. The place is gorgeously decorated and I can tell that they have some loyal clients. Bought the wax package deal, well worth the money. 4 stars because - where I used to get my Brazilian waxes, they would go back over the outer area (inner thighs and below andomen) with a wax strip cloth to remove the fine hairs surrounding the area. They also happily accepted cards AND cash. I noticed that this place does not do that, which may be why it was so quick. Another reviewer posted this same fact and I do find that quite odd myself. The Salon was very clean and cozy but the lady did a hack job on my eyebrows. when she gave me the mirror to look at my eyebrows they looked fine at the time but when i got home i realized that my eyebrows looked like a rag doll that was put in a blender. They were uneven and chopped up. This really pissed me off considering the tip and the fact that my flight was leaving at 6am the next morning. I called back and some lady told me to come back and they would fix it but i didn't have the time. More than likely I will not give them my business again. What a bummer. it's a nice spot considering that parking is horrible. So I'm giving this salon 2 stars. read more

I came in and checked in as a walk in. I waited 40 mins. Cool, no problem. The tech finally has me to go to the back just to come in and tell me her appointment is there and she doesn't know what to tell me. She suggested I go to their other location that is 10 mins away. I was floored at the unprofessionalism. I would've gladly done that 40 mins ago. She ended up waxing me anyway. Once it was time to pay the system was down, which took additional time for me to actually leave. All for them to charge my card twice :) I'm never coming back here. Unprofessional and disorganized. The atmosphere here is GREAT. It is super clean (I am big on cleanliness of any business that I am getting personal care done, and I'm thoroughly impressed with them) and the staff are AMAZING. They provide such a comforting vibe and are very professional providing a lot of great knowledge to help you in your daily beauty care. I used to go to several different places for each service I get monthly, but because they offer literally EVERYTHING here with BOMB deals, I am now making this my one stop shop for all of my monthly self upkeep/pampering. I purchased a Groupon for $14.00 today May 27th for a Brazilian wax. I then called to make an appointment for later on this week. The lady advised SINCE I was using a Groupon I wouldn't be able to come in until June 14th!!!!!!! That is more than two weeks away. She also let me know I can "use my Groupon later" and pay 29 dollars to come in this week. I immediately contacted Groupon for a refund. I was in Roswell for the day, and I don't usually go to unfamiliar places for my Brazilian wax/sugaring, but I'm glad I found this one. All of the women were really friendly and they took me in without any wait time. Ash was very friendly and did a great job with my sugaring. Instead of the painful glob of paste that most people use for sugaring, she used the sugar paste with strips and it was much less painful than waxing and the traditional sugaring method.
