I am a military vet. I came in on 26 DEC 2025 about purchasing tires and rims. The ones I wanted they didn't have on hand at the shop. Owner/employee Francisco stated that he would order them, but I would need to put a down payment of $500 dollars. I payed the down payment of $500 dollars. Francisco said it should arrive in 2 weeks. I stayed in touch through the contact he contacted me on about said rims and tires. It's currently 11 JUL 2026 and I be reached multiple times through text messages and received no replies. I came in person today 11 JUL 2026 and he refuses to refund me my down payment and said he will charge me a fee of 20%. He stated that the number he has been contacted me on got disconnected, so I called that number in his face and his phone started ringing. This business is unethical, thieves, and disrespectful. Rolled in before 10 AM because we woke up to a flat tire on our teenager's car... We are overdue for new tires but have been putting it off due to the significant investment that it requires, usually. Not only did they have tires in stock, they had a used pair with 90% tread and they gave us an amazing deal on them, I think. They were able to squeeze us in right away because my kiddo has to work tomorrow morning and they need the car back ASAP. While I am not proud to admit that I put off replacing the tires for so long, I am so grateful for small, local, community vendors like unique tires. Definitely makes me feel like I overpaid when I went to another national tire vendor... What a great value not only for the tires themselves, for the excellent service and knowing that we are supporting a truly local business. These guys really know what they're doing... He looked at my car and knew exactly which tires I needed. They are friendly, their prices are absolutely reasonable, and if you choose to shop here, you know that your money is going to a good place. read more

Very helpful individuals i came in for a leaky valve stem they helped me no problem I called around quite a bit to get a quote for a leaky tire and so far walmart was the cheapest around however they were a 6hr wait. I called these guys and they are the only place in lakewood that matches walmarts prices. I highly recommend them I called ahead he said 45min wait I showed up waited 10 minutes and they fixed my issue in that timeframe!! 10/10 would recommend 100%! read more

I read a lot of negative reviews on here about this tire and rim shop before going in to see about a set of used tires. I know professionalism when I see it, and this shop demonstrated nothing less than that. It does seem like they have a younger group of people working, but to me that's a sign of support for our youth, and in this day and age that's great. "Big plus" with me. Anyway, I bought the 4 tires that were in tip top condition and gave the young guy who installed them a $10 tip for reminding me about my wheel lock key, I almost drove off and left it. A+ service. My husband Went in to get 2 tires for his car they were friendly and nice . The service was quick. Everything was all good until he got home (which is only 4 minutes away) and then I went out to look at his tires he just got an noticed a bubble in one of tires. That is a very dangerous thing to have due to blowouts. I told my husband who immediately went back down to the shop and was told don't worry about it we can just turn the tire around and put the bubble on the inside so you can't see it saying it won't cause any issues. He was appalled by the statement as if not seeing it makes it safe to drive. He declined and was advised they did not have any more tires in the size he needed. He asked for the opener to be called and they did he called around and said he found another tire and to come back tomorrow to have replaced. My husband went back down there the next day and was pleasantly surprised when they had what seemed to be a very nice tire with a lot of tread left on it . He came home and all was thought to be good until a couple weeks later when his car was sitting in the parking lot at work and the tire blew out as there was a bubble in the tire they installed and guess where it was on the inside . Thank god he was not driving while it happened. Don't go here unless you want to possibly buy a tire that could blowout and could cause serious damage or injury. I bought some wheels from them (stock) after arriving they had no Lugnuts for them to fit!! they send me to AutoZone and O'Reillys nobody had lug nuts i needed, I brought them some i finally found, and they said they don't fit, they made me go instead of them doing the job, decided to return the wheels I bought from them, they said they can't do anything because I bought them " AS IS" which doesn't make sense because they secure warranty. Please avoid this place is a total scam!!! it's a mess with them after them not being prepared to change a tire if I could give this place zero stars I would. what tire shop sent the "customers" to get Lugnuts for them. read more

My mom and I both got new tires put on here (last weekend and this weekend). Not only did the owner upgrade my mom's tires, but he also told me my front brakes needed changing. Just an added bonus to this awesome, no-pressure shop. The service was super fast and we left with balanced tires and a smile. There is a nice assortment of rims and tires for sale, and the shop does auto repair as well. (Next weekend I'm taking it back for brake service). Convenient location and fantastic service. I took my car here to get some new rims I had just got in put on. They charged me $20 to put them on but less than a week I went back because 3 lug nuts broke off the driver side wheel. They tried to tell me it was my rotors, hence me taking it to Vince's Auto (around the corner) to get it looked at. The mechanic informed me it was due to improper installation is what caused them to break....$155 later, not even 10 days later coming off the highway my passenger side wheel came completely off!!!!!! Due to the same issue....I had my truck towed back to the shop in which the workers tried to say they weren't reliable for it. I demanded to speak to the manager, who was very rude and inconsiderate of my life almost being taken due to faulty installation by his employees...I simply asked him to fix what was damaged and put my rims back on and we'll be good. He told me he would let his insurance take care of it after refusing to do a just service and me mentioning I will be taking him to court. I could've DIED if that tire decided to come all the way off on the highway at 60+ mph. No empathy was shown and not f*** given by the owner. read more

These people have NO CLUE what they are doing! After a half hour of this guy trying to figure out how to put the wheel on he then realized, it wouldn't fit. Wow! What idiots... be very careful when coming here they are a joke! I had a awful experience and it was so bad I called the Attorneys General to investigate these people because they are going to get someone killed. Having people work on tires that don't even know if it will fit and trying to force a lug nut that is the wrong size!!! Are you kidding!!! Complete joke and and it will be no joke when they kill someone. Stay away from this place, keep driving by because you have so many other options that are even less than these fools. Went in for a quote for my car, guy told me 380.00 for 4 used 14in tires, saw my hesitation and knocked it down to 300.00 saying I wouldn't find better prices. He also didn't even look at my tires when giving me that ridiculous price. My friend showed me a receipt for 220.00 dollars for 17in used tires and new rims.
