Jason was easy to deal with without the high pressure and gave me an outstanding deal on my equip package On delivery he spent the time showing me how to hook it all up and how to operate each piece of equip Kubota already has a good reputation for product quality but Jason's help was the deal maker in my decision to buy Kubota products I looked at all the other brands and not only were his prices the best but his service was as well jason is the kind of salesman that I will ask for again next time buying any farm equip

I requested a remapping of the computer, which should have taken 1 hour. My bike was running…read more(although not quite right) when I took it in. They called me and told me I needed a new throttle body and it would take several more hours of work and cost nearly $400. I told them no, that I would come pick it up and pay for the remapping. When I got there, the bill was for 2 hours and the bike was no longer running. I had to winch it up on the trailer. I paid my bill, but, will no longer do business with them.
