Either they are very helpful, but talk you into buying a bunch of crap you don't need or the most expensive. Or they do not help whatsoever this experience was neither of those which is what made it so different from other experiences. This was my 1st time into this location. Alex was very welcoming and kind from the moment he walked over. He did not appear to be bothered or in a rush. He was very knowledgeable answered all of my questions about my current project and about 10 other projects. This was more of a genuine interaction verse just a get me out the door. We went over several options that I was needing for my current project, including his recommendation of what he uses. With another project, I was looking for a new exactly where to find what I needed and not just for that project for all of the projects I had referred to which made it a pleasant visit with Grace and not just somebody running around, trying to know where something was. With Alex in the store I will make it my number one go to for projects in the future.

I went into Sherwin Williams on Rufe Snow in Keller to get another gallon of paint (last purchased…read morein 2016) Reggie informed me that SW discontinued the brand last June but said Watauga SW still carried it. Reggie called the Watauga store and they indeed had what I was looking for. At the Watauga SW a young lady by the name of Josie entered the formula for the paint and informed me that an exact match may not be possible, no guarantee. I found the paint to be a 99% match once applied to my existing paint. I am extremely impressed with these two SW employees.
