I read the reviews and I thought well These guys are close to me and I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Well I should've listened to the review, especially the one who said these guys have no business with adult tools. I went up there to ask for a carburetor gasket for a very routine tractor and the old guy behind the desk was not happy to see me walk in. No one addressed me as i went into the building. when I told him what I was looking for immediately before I even got it out of my mouth he said oh no, we don't carry that and good luck finding it. I left thinking waste of time, and got in the car and did a search and found it within two minutes on Amazon and ebay for like 4$... so don't bother with these guys even though you might think they are local I guess they must be making a living off overpriced tractors. I bought a subcompact tractor but could not take delivery right away. Their price was substantially below comparable setups at other dealers. They held it for me for about 6 months while my home was being finished - unexpected delays. When they delivered it to me I felt like a kid on Christmas morning! When I needed to bring it in for the first service check they let me borrow their trailer at no charge. Mark and his team are the nicest guys to work with. If I could leave a rating with a negative number of stars I would. I dropped off a hydraulic steering cylinder for my tractor to have the seals replaced (which they said they could do). Whoever they have pretending to be a mechanic shouldn't be allowed to use adult tools. After destroying the cylinder threads trying to open the cylinder and after waiting 2 months while they claimed to be looking for a replacement part and after 2 months of my calling to check on the repair they sent what was left of the cylinder to a machine shop to fabricate a new cylinder. Finally got a call that the cylinder was repaired and ready for pick up only to be told that I was responsible for paying for the damages caused by E&E's mechanic to the cylinder! When I questioned this I was told by "Mark" it didn't matter to him if I even picked the part up and they didn't want my business and not to come back in the future. Since the cylinder is obsolete I had no other choice but I can promise you Mark, I won't be back and I sure don't recommend anyone entrusting their "mechanic" to do any repairs on anything. read more

Waited over a month after dropping off brush hog to be repaired they finally called me to come pick it up it was ready get there paid 427.02 Go around back to pick it you and they try to give me someone else's Bush hog a 4' one mine is 8' Then they say well we will have to give you a quote and will call you back ! Remind you this has been here over a month already. Calls back that will be around $3000. Won't tell me the parts I need if I want to fix it my self said I could buy the for around $2000.00 . I picked up the Bush hog paid them $190.00 for their "2 hours" of work and I leave get home and I look at the recipe and it was the one for 427.02 ! Traveled back and fort most the day not happy just moving on to greener pastures! read more

Great dealer to buy from! I needed a bigger tractor than a sub compact, so I contacted E and E, and decided on a 40 horsepower LS. A day after purchasing the tractor they had the rear tires filled with ballast and the tractor delivered to my house. read more
