On board flight personnel were pleasant and professional. Only drawback are the total amount of flights available from LGA - St Louis, and the small cramped planes on this route. Both flights were those small commuter sized planes with two seats on either side, small overhead luggage pods, and barely enough head space to clear the top of the plane. If you're claustrophobic this might be a problem for some. Otherwise, both flights were on time and Delta does a good job.

LOL Everyone was extremely pleasant at the gate, thru security and even through all of the problematic issues some guests were having, they were just pleasant. The ability to use iMessage and WhatsApp for free once I connected to the in-flight WiFi was a bonus. My primary reason for giving Southwest Airlines only 2 stars is because of this airline's pricing tactics and in my experience, non-existent customer service. I went on Southwest's website and found flights I wanted, only to get an error when I attempted to book and pay. When I immediately tried to re-book just seconds later, the price per ticket for the same itinerary had increased significantly. Southwest customer service was no help when I contacted them, and replied to my messages with seemingly pre-written and "canned" responses that didn't actually address my reason for reaching out.

And on this trip I was just picking up my suitcase who got to fly while I road the Peoria Charter Coach across middle Illinois. The last time I tried to fly out of there the agent flat out lied to me and I ended up stuck over night in Atlanta. It was the same agent I got my luggage from this trip. Prior to being stuck in Atlanta, I was stuck at this place for 7 hours. Not because I missed my flight, but because if a drop of water drips someplace in Peoria, they refuse to fly. Their fleet seems to be getting more on the old side and domestic flights don't seem to offer a lot of nice planes. Do I recommend? I mean they are right on par with any other US based airline company. They have their good, they have there negatives, and I'm sure, as you can see from other reviews, there are swinging pendulums on whether people have good or bad experiences on American.
