I was so pleased to find this shuttle service. We flew in today (Christmas) and I was concerned about finding a service that was not only willing to work today, but one that would be reliable. United Shuttle was super easy to schedule and the promptly sent me a confirmation. When we landed we received a text telling us our driver had arrived, what he was driving and where he was located. They were able to fit me in last minute after my previous plans to get to the airport didn't work out, which was super awesome and very much appreciated. HOWEVER, the ride itself was incredibly uncomfortable. My driver, Pat, told me wildly inappropriate personal stories for an hour and a half and asked invasive and inappropriate personal questions, such as asking me if I was transgender. Additionally, he was not a good driver: driving in the middle of 2 lanes, swerving multiple times, and waiting until the last possible second to slam on the breaks, narrowly avoiding hitting the car in front of us on multiple occasions. I was worried that he would cause an accident and I would miss my flight. Unless you have no other options, I would avoid using this shuttle service. read more

Excellent experience overall. We used United Airport shuttle from Pensacola Airport to Santa Rosa Beach and for the return back to Pensacola Airport. We had eight people so needed two vans. Called this morning at 0330 (they are 24/7), While I'm Minot ND. I'm flying into Pensacola and needed a ride 60 miles. The gentleman got my information and said that he would set it up. The best service! We used United Airport Shuttle 3 times during our stay at Fort Morgan Beach from the Pensacola airport. All 3 drives were perfect. They were ready for our riders--communicated wonderfully--all just effortless. Two of trips an infant was riding--UAS supplied the infant car seat--it was in great condition, not old or "tired" and installed correctly, a welcome perk to riding with them. United Airport Shuttle is a mixed bag-our out bound trip from Fairhope to Pensacola International Airport was superb. Early morning pick up was punctual and very pleasant. The driver Oscar was very competent, experienced, helpful and friendly. Driving was safe and promptly delivered us on time. However , the return pick at the Pensacola Airport and travel back to Fairhope by driver Erma was a 180degree experience. While we made it home in a timely manner she seemed distracted and was most unhelpful and unpleasant in attitude. She never offered or attempted to help with baggage and only reluctantly exited the vehicle to adjust the right front seat to give me some leg room when I asked(I was returning from a surgical visit for my recently operated right foot and was using a walker). It was on July 4 so I have to assume the company had trouble finding a competent driver to complete the holiday commitment. While I may use United again I'll certainly be checking on the assigned driver in advance. read more

To start, we arrived late. Cameron waited patiently for us. We got in so late we had no food or supplies for our rental. Cameron offered to stop at Walmart and wait while we grocery shopped for the week. He even stopped so we could pick up ice at circle K along the way. He didn't even ask for more than the already incredibly low fare from the airport. The trip form the airport to ft Pickens was only $35. I I paid him double the fair plus tip for taking almost 2 extra hours for the delay, grocery shopping and other stops. We requested that Cameron pick us up for our returning flight. A week later, Cameron showed up 15 mins early, loaded us up and headed back to the airport. We were early to our flight, so Cameron asked if we'd like to see some of the local sights before heading to the airport.. I called on a Saturday afternoon to schedule a pick up from my great aunts house for my flight out of KPNS. The ride I had arranged prior had a urgent family matter so I needed a ride and with less than 24 hours notice. No pressure, right?! So I fire up my trusty yelp app and type in airport shuttle, looked at the highest rated service. As always, I entrusted my fellow yelpers to steer me in the right direction when I am out of town, I was not disappointed. I called and was answered (on a Saturday) by a most pleasant gentleman. Gave all my info over the phone, I also prepaid for the fare and included the tip so I did not have to worry about anything. Thank you to the reviewer who advised the old fashion carbon copy thing with the credit card, I was not interested in that floating around either. So you can prepay the fare and tip, which I suggest. I felt the price for the fare was very reasonable considering I was coming from the Milton area. I was picked up exactly when I had requested, my vehicle was clean and in good mechanical shape. My driver (I'm so sorry I can not remember his name to save my life right now) shared several very entertaining stories on our 30 min drive to the airport. Bullet points: 5 stars was earned in my view, rates very fair,on time, professionalism awesome, I felt safe the entire ride, they responded to my short notice like a 5 star company.
