I requested a pick-up at 5:00am, and Joe said he might be 5 or 10 minutes early. He was actually more like 15 minutes early, and texted my phone to let me know: "I'm outside. I'm early. Take your time!" He was cheerful and professional, and regaled my better half and me with local information (for example, I never knew the white sand at the Pensacola beaches were imported from up North), and made sure to point out old neighborhoods in Pensacola that I had said I remembered from a few years back. The taxi ride cost a little more than quotes from other places (it was $50 for the trip from Milton to Pensacola), but when you need to bank on someone actually arriving at your house at 5 in the morning, the peace of mind of knowing they will actually show up (and show up early, even! We spelled it out for him and kept telling me he had it when I could hear that he was not saying the same street name as me. He tried to blame it on us and then told me his guy could be there in 30 minutes (after it had already been over an hour past when we needed the cab). I told him again that we did not need his services. Do not use this company. Unreliable and irresponsible.
