We ended up with a completely new kitchen (pantry + quartz countertops / backsplash) within just two weeks. Within two weeks, voila! Eddy had my Waterstone suite. He even made a promise that if Waterstone couldn't deliver on time, he'd give me a suite to install so I could pass inspection. He would even send someone out there to help me replace it once Waterstone delivered. With how crazy renovations go--trying to coordinate various item arrivals and coaxing vendors to deliver--I can't imagine going with anyone else. I'd 100% go back to Eddy!

He even pulled the tiles to a display to show me what they looked like under different colored lighting. After some consultation, I was allowed to grab the tile sample I settled on to browse around the showroom and search for other combos I might like. He even showed me grout options (there are plenty!) They also offer services for custom tiling. I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.
