I can't imagine going with anyone else for our hardware and plumbing fixtures. Eddy is the man! He's responsive, hard-working, and will fight for you as his customer. On the last point, I was supposed to have a Waterstone kitchen suite delivered in February. They apparently had production delays and consistently pushed my order back. Left to my own devices, I had no expected ship date and a deadline for plumbing installation in my home! Eddy contacted Waterstone for me, demanding the kitchen suite we purchased from them. Within two weeks, voila! Eddy had my Waterstone suite. He even made a promise that if Waterstone couldn't deliver on time, he'd give me a suite to install so I could pass inspection. He would even send someone out there to help me replace it once Waterstone delivered. With how crazy renovations go--trying to coordinate various item arrivals and coaxing vendors to deliver--I can't imagine going with anyone else. I'd 100% go back to Eddy! read more

If I could give them more stars I would. My wife and I were directed to Ed from two separate family friends with no ties to each other. He helped us select not only the right type of flooring as we have two small children (his demonstration on engineered flooring was memorable to say the least), the prices were unbeatable and he made sure we had everything delivered timely so as to not further delay our project. On top of that, every time I called him asking for moulding, etc., despite the custom/out of the ordinary color, he would get it to us within a day or so every time (our contractors made a few mistakes). After the flooring was done, we also ordered the countertops from him as well. He got us in contact with a great cutter/installer as well. Everything came out AMAZINGLY. We got slabs of quartz per his recommendation and had them cut to size. If only he could be our contractor too... read more

First came the tile and then came Eddie! It all started at the IKEA in Burbank. We were walking through the mocked up kitchen area and fell in love with the tile that was used. Lucky for us there was a sign that led us to the location and Eddie! Eddie was helpful and experienced. He knows what's current and what will work for your space. He was patient and not pushy at all, which we fully appreciate as all of this is new to us! This place have all the tiles you need for your bathroom/kitchen remodel. The tile choices would run you from the more reasonable end of the spectrum to the crazy, high end choice...and everything in between of course. The first guy you'd run into when you enter the store would be Eddie. He knows his stuff and he knows his products. Pick his brain and he has a ton of ideas and suggestions to share. When we were in the process of upgrading one of our two bathrooms, we drove around town to different tile stores just canvasing prices and looking at their selection. We were probably not doing ourselves a favor by doing that. We wasted our time...and gas. So the next time around when upgrading our second bathroom...we went straight to this store and Eddie and ordered what we needed.
