I was nervous having someone pack all our belongings based on friends' horror stories, but Luis and his team did a fantastic job. They put together all our furniture they took apart (two beds and a crib) and the total time to unload into our 4BR house was under 3 hours. He even told us to reach out afterwards if we discovered any issues.
