My husband went back on Thursday and Jimmy claimed that he "forgot". My husband told him that was no problem since we were going on vacation. Jimmy apologized. Jimmy said he would call my husband and let him know when it was fixed. Jimmy never called. My husband came back the following Monday and Jimmy said he had worked on it. He showed my husband that the PSP turned on so my husband paid Jimmy and took it home. The next day (Tuesday) he went to play the PSP and it no longer turned on. Now Wednesday he went back to Jimmy to figure out what was wrong. Jimmy said he would try and fix it, he said "ill call you when its done so you can come and pick it up". My husband left it with Jimmy again and came back today Thursday because of course, he did not receive a phone call. When my husband arrived, the PSP was not fixed. My husband now, understandably frustrated, informed Jimmy and the staff there that there severe lack of communication, lack of customer service, and continuous forgetfulness was ridiculous. Jimmy then dropped my husband's PSP on the floor. Jimmy then tried to deny that he did, even though my husband and staff all watched him do it. My husband got his money back from Jimmy. The outer screen was not cracked, and when the phone was opened up, it showed that the inner film was never taken off and that's why my phone was overly hot. And when I dropped it, I guess the two pieces of the screen separated because of the overheating. Screen was replaced with the proper one. Since this was a refurbished phone that I bought on Amazon, they used the wrong one. I felt that it was a reasonable price and was advised to contact Amazon and let them know what happened and they actually refunded me $128. My phone is working perfectly and I really appreciate the honesty and the help that I received. They are more than great they are amazing! They go above and…read morebeyond. I went in to get my phone screen repaired for my rvvl 6. They were able to repair it within 30 minutes. With a reasonable price of $85 when other places charged me $100+ and done within a week :/. Unfortunately it was the wrong screen (which they weren't aware of at the time) that was put on my phone because there wasn't any sound anymore. I took it back and they apologized and would repair it again with 0 charge. It happened again,where there wasn't any sound- even putting in new speakers also with 0 charge. So it was just my phone. They were finally able to repair it once they ordered a completely new set of phone screens,and still with zero charge. Even giving me a new phone protector,instead of the old one already on there-0 charge. They were willing to work with me,and around my problems. Please check them out.
